United States Supreme Court Will Soon Issue a Landmark Decision on the Validity of the Constitution

ATLANTA, Nov. 13, 2010  /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The United States Supreme Court will soon issue a landmark decision on the validity of the Constitution.  The Supreme Court will consider three petitions filed by William M. Windsor, a retired Atlanta, Georgia grandfather.  The decision should be rendered by the end of the year.  Unless The Supreme Court acts, federal judges will be free to void the Constitution.

The Questions Presented to The Supreme Court by Grandfather Windsor are:

   1. Will The Supreme Court declare that the Constitution and its amendments may be voided by federal judges?
   2. Should federal judges be stopped from committing illegal and corrupt acts to obstruct justice and inflict bias on litigants?
   3. Will The Supreme Court be afraid to disclose the corruption in the federal courts?

These questions are presented in three separate Petitions for Writ of Mandamus filed with The United States Supreme Court the first week of November 2010 (appeal numbers to-be-assigned).

Windsor has been involved in legal action in the federal courts in Atlanta since 2006.  Windsor was named a defendant in a lawsuit (1:06-CV-0714-ODE) in which Christopher Glynn of Maid of the Mist in Niagara Falls, swore under oath that Windsor did a variety of things including the crimes of theft and bribery.  Windsor stated under oath that Christopher Glynn made it all up and lied about absolutely everything that he swore.  Windsor then obtained deposition testimony from Glynn and the other managers of the Maid of the Mist boat ride in Niagara Falls, and they admitted, under oath, that charges against Windsor were not true.

Despite this undeniable proof, federal Judge Orinda D. Evans declared that the grandfather of three should not have fought the lawsuit, and she forced him to pay over $400,000 in legal fees.  Windsor appealed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, but federal judges Dubina, Hull, and Fay rubber-stamped Judge Evans' ruling. Windsor then took his appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court where the justices said the appeal was not worthy of their consideration (cert denied).

Windsor believes that the federal courts and nine federal judges violated the Constitution, the Due Process Clause, and the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Ninth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution.

Windsor says: "I have discovered that, at least in Atlanta, Georgia, the federal courts operate like a police state in which the judges are all-powerful, committing criminal acts from their benches and violating the Constitutional rights of parties who have the misfortune of appearing in their courts."

Windsor has now tossed the hot potato right square in the laps of the justices of the Supreme Court.  By filing mandamus petitions rather than an appeal, The Supreme Court is forced to deal with Windsor's allegations of corruption in the federal courts.

Grandfather Windsor hopes for the best but fears for the worst: "I hope The Supreme Court is decent, honest, and cares about the Constitution and the citizens of the United States.  However, I am sorry to say that at this point, I suspect the corruption goes all the way to the top.  My charges have been totally ignored by the United States Attorney's Office, the FBI, and Congress.  I have said to The Supreme Court that the issues can all be boiled down to one question: Is The United States Supreme Court prepared to stop the federal judges in Atlanta, Georgia from functioning like common criminals?"

Windsor says: "If The Supreme Court fails to act against these federal judges, the citizens of the United States need to know that there is not a shred of decency, honesty, or Constitutional rights in our federal courts.  Corruption has consumed the federal court system, and we now live in a police state.  Judges are free to do absolutely anything they want.  Our laws are meaningless.  Your life savings can be stolen by a federal judge, and they have no risk in violating every law in the books."

The Supreme Court may render its decision before the end of the year.  It's one retired grandpa against the United States government.

:sigh: I could have already answered his question for him. Here in my State, nearly all the 7000 dentists filed suit against Medicaid, who has been reimbursing them at 11% of their costs. They spent millions in legal fees to get it to federal court, only to have the case thrown out, in effect, the court said it was not a case at all to even bother with. Some of the dentists were forced into bankruptcy. The corruption does indeed go all the way to the top.

Obama quietly erasing borders
Dem administration advancing 'North American Union' agenda

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

By Jerome R. Corsi

WORLDNETDAILY — Acting quietly, below the radar of U.S. public opinion and without congressional approval, the Obama administration is implementing a key policy objective of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America, or SPP, to erase the border with Mexico and Canada.
The administration is acting under a State Department-declared policy initiative described in a March 23 fact sheet titled "United States-Mexico Partnership: A New Border Vision."
"Mexico and the United States have a shared interest in creating a 21st century border that promotes the security and prosperity of both countries," the State Department declared. "The U.S. and Mexican governments have launched a range of initiatives that challenge the traditional view of 'hold the line' and are developing a framework for a new vision of 21st century border management."

At the same time, CTV News in Canada has obtained a draft copy of a declaration between the U.S. and Canada entitled "Beyond the Border: A Shared Vision for Perimeter Security and Competitiveness," to be implemented by a newly created Canadian-U.S. "Beyond the Border Working Group."

Get "The Late Great USA" and find out how America is giving away its sovereignty

The two documents strongly suggest the Obama administration is pursuing a stealth bureaucratic methodology to establish a common North American border around the continent, encompassing the U.S., Canada and Mexico, while simultaneously moving to erase the borders between the U.S. and Mexico as well as between the U.S. and Canada.

WND has reported since 2006 that a blueprint published in 2005 by the Council on Foreign Relations entitled "Building a North America Community" called for the establishment of a common security perimeter around North America by 2010 to facilitate the free movement of people, trade and capital between the three nations of North America.

In his 2001 book, "Toward a North American Community," American University professor Robert Pastor, a co-chair of the CFR blue ribbon committee that authored "Building a North American Community," called for the creation of a North American Commission, a North American Parliament, and a North American Court on Trade and Investment.

The language of the documents declaring "A New Border Vision" with Mexico and Canada could easily have been lifted directly from the CFR report or Pastor's book.

The 2005 CFR report "Building a North American Community" called on page xvii of the Foreword for the "establishment by 2010 of a North American economic and security perimeter, the boundaries of which would be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter."

CTV News reported that the language of the draft agreement specified that "A New Border Vision" for the U.S. and Canada would involve "a perimeter approach to security, working together within, at, and away from the borders of our two countries in a way that supports economic competitiveness, job creation and prosperity, and in a partnership to enhance our security and accelerate the legitimate flow of people and goods between our two countries."

Similarly, the U.S. State Department fact sheet calling for "A New Border Vision" with Mexico specified five areas of "joint border management, co-responsibility for cross-border crime, and shared commitment to the efficient flow of legal commerce and travel," namely: enhancing public safety, securing flows of people and goods, expediting legitimate commerce and travel, engaging border communities, and setting policy.

Under "setting policy," the State Department fact sheet with Mexico called for achieving rapid policy change through "an agile inter-agency process within each country as well as a means by which both governments can easily coordinate at a bi-national level."

This provides additional support for the conclusion that the bureaucratic "working groups" established under SPP in the Bush administration will continue to operate under Obama administration.

CTV News reported that the draft declaration of "A New Border Vision" with Canada similarly also specified a cross-border policy agenda, including:

•An integrated cargo security strategy;

•A joint approach to port and border security and screening;

•Cross-border sharing of information between law enforcement agencies;

•A closer working relationship between the two militaries in the event of emergencies;

•A new level of collaboration on preventing and recovering from counter attacks.
Affirming the continuance of the working group process, the draft declaration with Canada specifies the U.S. and Canada "intend to address threats at the earliest point possible, including outside the perimeter of our two countries."

The origin of the SPP can be traced to a trilateral summit meeting in Waco, Texas, March 23, 2005, between President George W. Bush, then-Mexican President Vicente Fox and then-Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin.

At the end of the Waco summit, the three leaders simply declared that the U.S., Mexico and Canada were now in the Security and Prosperity Partnership, without the signing of any international agreement between the three countries or the ratifying of any trilateral treaty by the U.S. Senate.

The SPP in the administration of President Bush appeared designed to replicate the steps taken in Europe over a 50-year period following the end of World War II to transform an economic agreement under the European Common Market into a full-fledged regional government, operating as the European Union, with its own currency, the euro, functioning as the sole legitimate currency in what has become known as "the eurozone."

The concern was that under the SPP, the North American Free Trade Agreement, or NAFTA, could evolve into a regional government, the North American Union, with a regional currency, the Amero, designed to replace the U.S. dollar, the Mexican peso and the Canadian dollar.

WND has reported analysts have believed the North American integration plan will proceed incrementally, largely below the radar, since the SPP was declared "dead" by one of its chief architects, American University Professor Robert A. Pastor, who for nearly 15 years has been a major proponent of building a "North American Community."

Bacteria ate Gulf oil spill methane in 4 months
18 mins ago

WASHINGTON (AFP) – The huge quantity of methane released in the Gulf of Mexico last year during the worst oil spill in US history was ingested by bacteria in four months, according to a scientific study published Thursday.

Methane made up 20 percent of the huge plume of crude oil that escaped from a broken pipeline nearly one mile (1,600 meters) below the Gulf surface, after the BP-operated Deepwater Horizon platform exploded on April 20, killing 11 workers.

The leak, the worst oil spill in US history, was finally plugged on July 15, after spewing millions of gallons of crude into the Gulf.

"The methane was completely consumed by early September... it happened very quickly and it was a surprise to us," University of California Santa Barbara geochemistry professor David Valentine told AFP.

Valentine, one of the lead authors of the study in Thursday's edition of the journal Science, said the rapid "digestion" of the methane by bacteria showed the vital role microorganisms likely play in preventing greenhouse gases at the bottom of the ocean from entering the earth's atmosphere and contributing to global warming.

"They do serve an important function, and as we see here under certain conditions these bacteria can be very effective at preventing the methane from reaching the atmosphere," he added.

Valentine said research he published in September-October showed that other species of bacteria also consumed the ethane and propane released by the blast.

Bacteria also consumed some of the crude oil that was spilled in the Gulf, but researchers have yet to determine the quantities, he said, adding that chemical dispersants facilitated its absorption by the microorganisms.

In contrast to crude oil, methane and other gases naturally dissolve in ocean water before they are ingested by bacteria.

I dont know if its true or not. Ive also read and heard that one volcano eruption spews more gases into the air than all the air conditioners and automobiles have to date. The theory of earth producing oil is not commonly accepted yet; but is concidered a serious topic of study.

It's true that oil has leaked in the ocean. Some parts of the ocean floor ar like tar. But I think you have to take the scale of things in mind.
A bit of oil dripping out of the ocean floor or BP oil spil.

True volcanic eruptions can put massive amounts of (greenhouse) gases in the atmosphere.

I'm not saying this are end-time signs but most things in the Bible look like ordinary natatural events. Even during the crucifixtion is an earth quake mentioned
1 Timothy 2:3-4  ...God our Savior;  Who will have all men to be saved...

This is the way that it has been revealed to me. God created the earth and within what the earth is and in its proper time with its nomencalture are the phenomenoms of natural disasters, these are not caused by man and his growing knowledge of science(perhaps some but very minute.) God made the earth to have floods of the smallest to the megas, He may at times use the nature of the earth to bring forth His purpose (as in the OT) but also He was showing us that this is how the earth functions, dont get to surprised. Saying that the devastation of Hatie was from satan for their unbelief as Pat Roberston said,  is religious immaturity and silly.
Its the same with the human body, disease and sickness have been built into the makeup of mankind, (yes we have read in the NT the examples of Jesus's healings for His purpose) but mainly mankind is what it is and within itself are these terrrible and ugly at times heartbreaking illnesses that happen to even the most faithful of persons. Why? That is the mystery, I certainly dont know. But to try and blame the adversary again is not mature.
God does things, God allows things. And knowing that God IS and that He KNOWS the best for HIS Creation,
Psa 36:7  How precious is Thy kindness, O God, And the sons of men In the shadow of Thy wings do trust.

I think all the major wars of the last century were fought over oil.

But, oddly enough, none of them were necessary because oil itself, even at that time, was not necessary.   There were viable options, and at the turn of the 20th century, the world stood on the edge of a golden era.

All of that was quashed, as companies and countries fought over power and control of an illusion in the form of oil.  I think the companies won that battle, and although we peons still tend to think in terms of nations, it is powerful individuals and companies who have shaped and continue to shape the history of the last 100 years, starting with the Bolsheviks in Russia.

Companies have proven their total heartlessness and disdain for humanity, and will continue to prove it, until mankind stops taking the deal--all this can be yours if only you will bow down and worship me.

Here's an astonishing read.  Important and verifiable information :

About 6 months ago, the writer was watching a news program on oil and one of the Forbes Bros. was the guest. The host said to Forbes, "I am going to ask you a direct question and I would like a direct answer; how much oil does the U.S. Have in the ground?" Forbes did not miss a beat, he said, "more than all the Middle East put together."  Please read below.

The U. S. Geological Service issued a report in April 2008 that only scientists and oil men knew was coming, but man was it big. It was a revised report (hadn't been updated since 1995) on how much oil was in this area of the western  2/3 of North Dakota, western South Dakota, and extreme eastern Montana ..... Check THIS out:

The Bakken is the largest domestic oil discovery since Alaska 's Prudhoe Bay, and has the potential
to eliminate all American dependence on foreign oil. The Energy Information Administration (EIA) estimates it at 503 billion barrels. Even if just 10% of the oil is recoverable... At $107 a barrel, we're looking at a resource base worth more than $53 trillion.

"When I first briefed legislators on this, you could practically see their jaws hit the floor. They had no idea.." says Terry Johnson, the Montana Legislature's financial analyst.

"This sizable find is now the highest-producing onshore oil field found in the past 56 years," reports The Pittsburgh Post Gazette.  It's a formation known as the Williston Basin, but is more commonly referred to as the 'Bakken.'  It stretches from Northern Montana, through North Dakota and into Canada .  For years, U. S. Oil exploration has been considered a dead end.  Even the 'Big Oil' companies gave up searching for major oil wells decades ago. However, a recent technological breakthrough has opened up the Bakken's massive reserves..... And
we now have access of up to 500 billion barrels.
And because this is light, sweet oil, those billions of barrels will cost Americans just $16 PER BARREL!

That's enough crude to fully fuel the American economy for 2041 years straight.  And if THAT didn't throw you on the floor, then this next one should - because it's from 2006!

U.. S. Oil Discovery- Largest Reserve in the World

Stansberry Report Online - 4/20/2006

Hidden 1,000 feet beneath the surface of the Rocky Mountains lies the largest untapped oil reserve in the world. It is more than 2 TRILLION barrels.  On August 8, 2005 President Bush mandated its extraction. In three and a half years of high oil prices none has been extracted. With this motherload of oil why are we still fighting over off-shore drilling?

They reported this stunning news:  We have more oil inside our borders, than all the other proven reserves on earth.. Here are the official estimates:

- 8-times as much oil as Saudi Arabia

- 18-times as much oil as Iraq

-  21-times as much oil as Kuwait

-  22-times as much oil as Iran

- 500-times as much oil as Yemen

- and it's all right here in the Western United States .

HOW can this BE? HOW can we NOT BE extracting this? Because the environmentalists and others have blocked all efforts to help America become independent of foreign oil! Again, we are letting a small group of people dictate our lives and our economy.....WHY?

James Bartis, lead researcher with the study says we've got more oil in this very compact area than the entire Middle East -more than 2 TRILLION barrels untapped.  That's more than all the proven oil reserves of crude oil in the world today, reports The Denver Post.
Don't think 'OPEC' will drop its price - even with this find?  Think again!  It's all about the competitive marketplace, - it has to. Think OPEC just might be funding the environmentalists?

Got your attention yet?  Now, while you're thinking about it, do this:

Pass this along.   If you don't take a little time to do this, then you should stifle yourself the next time you complain about gas prices - by doing NOTHING, you forfeit your right to complain.

Now I just wonder what would happen in this country if every one of you sent this to every one in your address book.

By the way...this is all true. Check it out at the link below!!!

"What the "news" is not telling you is -

"Wheeler was the assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force in the George W. Bush Administration. It was the Secretary of the Air Force who discovered that Richard Cheney had set up an alternative chain of command to the nuclear weapons wing of the AF. In the process, six minutemen missiles armed with nuclear warheads were secretly transported from Minot AFB to Barksdale AFB. The later is the chief staging base for the Middle East war. The alarm system for the weapons was deactivated for the transport, something that not even the base commander could authorize. The orders had to have come from above. Many point to Cheney. Before the warheads could be flown via B-52 to the Iraq/Iran theater, the Secretary of the Air Force ordered the stand-down of all B-52 flights. When he discovered the alternative chain of command to Cheney, he fired all military personnel who were involved. Cheney was said to have been livid. The Secretary ordered an investigation of what the AF press release called an oversight, and 70 enlisted men and 5 officers were removed from the Minot nuclear system.

"At the same time, people involved began to die mysteriously. Wheeler is only the latest casualty."

Funny how the human mind works.  I saw that phrase, 'the grassy knoll,' and thought to myself, the mind knows the truth and will speak it no matter what.  Scientists have found that one side of the brain embellishes fictional stories but the other side always wants to tell the literal truth and hides the truth inside the stories.  Every criminal denial contains the literal truth of what happened.  We can't hide from the truth, only do our best to suppress it.  And, yes, it is a scientifically proven fact that JFK was caught in a crossfire.

But God has other plans, the beast rises up with his 10 kings and destroys the whore, therefore the luminati, bilderburgers, etc all these org the whore controls will not be in power.
