Feel free to add onto this when the mood strikes.

Romans 8:20-21 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself would also be set free from corrupting bondage in order to share the glorious freedom of God's children.

Isaiah 11:6-9 The wolf shall live with the lamb, the leopard shall lie down with the kid, the calf and the lion and the fatling together, and a little child shall lead them. The cow and the bear shall graze, their young shall lie down together; and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. The nursing child shall play over the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put its hand on the adder's den. They will not hurt or destroy on all my holy mountain; for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.

Looks like the tiger just smells FOOD!

:cloud9: Cool! My favorite big wild animal is the Siberian tiger. They are gorgeous up close. There is a sanctuary for big cats north of Indy that I got to go to, that a guy started literally in his back yard in a residential neighborhood. Fortunately for the neighbors his compound is twice the security regulations of a zoo, lol.

But anyway, they are magnificent, and you can get within 8 feet of them if they are close to the fence. Their paws are what got me. They are bigger than a dinner plate. No wonder they can take down huge prey. Blessings....

aww... maybe the little monkey has some cookie crumbs on his mouth or something. That's what the tiger is smelling.  They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain, for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.   :icon_flower:

And back to the hope of animal friends we go...

I think you are perhaps... mistaking the meaning of and intent of this thread.

Romans 8:20-21 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself would also be set free from corrupting bondage in order to share the glorious freedom of God's children.

I love to see animals that are normally enemies (in this fallen state of things) become friends. It's a glorious glimpse of a greater reality.

I see and feel God in a beautiful way in His creation.

"they will not hurt or destroy on all my holy mountain; for the earth will be FULL of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.." It's a beautiful picture.

Peace to ya.

Beloved Servant

Perhaps, it was the word HOPE that threw off the intent of this thread.
Pretty pictures, staged pictures, images that feed the soul do nothing to mature the Sons of God.

This thread IS about hope.

These images lift my spirit and feed my heart!  :icon_flower:
I wanted to share it with others.
It's a message of love and peace and hope.
"when the knowledge of the Lord shall cover the earth..."  :girlheart:

For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us. 19 For the anxious longing of the creation waits eagerly for the revealing of the sons of God. 20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it, in hope 21 that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God.

Hi! BelovedServant

Many of us in here were well aware of Sparrow's intent with the sharing of pictures: the restoration of natural creation.
It requires many multitudes of human vessels to express the thoughts of God; not a single individual can contain all there is in Him ... that's why it speaks collectively about the 'body of Christ'.
As such, I rejoice that Sparrow is busy with thoughts about the restoration of natural creation ... as this too is a thought from God.

Hi Sparrow,

I don't know whether you've caught this man on animal planet or abc, but he's an old guy who lives in the bush in Alaska and who has tamed all the grizzlies around his home.

I was wondering if you think there are some new things going on.  I've never seen a man and grizzly hugging each other before lol.

I don't know how to put the picture on here, so here's the link.

Hi! Molly

Thanks for the Link!

It's an exciting thing to hope in God's restoration of the creation.
That's why a lot of us were so blessed with the reading of Sparrow's 'HOPE' Thread.
First He cleanses its king and through grace accepts him back into his presence.
Next, according to Rev 20:2, once the heavenly realm has been delivered from the serpent, the whole creation enjoys a Sabbath rest on earth. The Kingdom of Jesus Christ then encompasses the entire spiritual world and the earth ... now the restoration of creation begins.
This is why, in God's plan of restoration for the world, those who belong to Christ are also called the rulers of this world and the kings of the earth.

Hi Gilbert,

This bear man, if you can catch some video of him, really gives me an idea of what it means to have dominion over God's kingdom.  He's a very gentle man, now at least, (he used to hunt), but he keeps the bears in their place, and quietly lets them know he's in charge.  It's really different from Treadwell who, it was always clear, was a visitor in the bear's home and was never in charge.

These bears follow him around like dogs lol.  They come, invited, into his house, and leave when he tells them to leave.  It's really remarkable.

I've seen a lot of strange things like this lately.

However, I think I'll stick to my dog for now. :laughing7:

Dominion or equality?
Dominion sound so....like it is now.
1 Timothy 2:3-4  ...God our Savior;  Who will have all men to be saved...
John 12:47  And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.
Romans 4:5 But to the one who does not work, but believes in the one who declares the ungodly righteous ...

You mean the bear man?

I think he has dominion as it is meant to be.

The bears know he's the bossman.  If they treated him as equal, he would lose the fight lol.
