The fear of Eternity

I recall one  magazine kicking me off the staff  for writing Hersey. They gave me a one way ticket to hell.

Yes in my younger years I was daring with this truth. I was going everywhere and putting this stuff out there. Ahhh those were the days , arguing day and night. Then one day you just settle down, stop chopping off people's heads and your standing there alone, on top of all these dead doctrines , your sword heavy and you just rest.

Then you realize your alone. Youve beaten and cut everyone up. Now you want someone to talk to about this way. And it's no one there. You've chased them all  away.  35 years of fighting , now you take 15 years  of peace and reason. Before you know it you have studied salvation for 50 years, clinging to this new precious truth.

Regretting all the dumb mistakes I made , all the religious people I bullied , all the pagan places I invaded. Those were good people I mowed down , they knew what they knew,  I had to go to God to forgive me and settle me, make some sense out of it all.

This kept me from having a nervous breakdown , believing that God is creating a good work in me. We are not a waste of flesh. Salvation is heaven committed to a mold of Super grace , Super Love ,  and  Super mercy. Each one of us are God's workmanship.

In Eph. 2:10,  " For we are his workmanship , created in Christ Jesus for good works , which God prepared beforehand , that we should walk in them.  " We were created by creators to create good works.  And he will make us complete in every good work. Hebrews 13:20-21.

It's humbling to realize that God is still working on you, invested in you. Phil.1:6"Being confident of this very thing , that he who has begun a good work in you will complete it unto the day of Jesus Christ. He's not finished yet. Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God , and may Jesus divine power give you all things that pertain to life and godliness. That we abide in him and bear much fruit , for without him we can do nothing. He chose us before the foundation of the world, that we should become holy and without blame. Praise God we are predestined to adoption as sons, prime suited to be equipped for any ministry to edify the body of Christ.

Yes God is still working on us.  If we closely consider the work of God , who can make that straight , which he has made crooked? Ecclesiastes 7:13.  God works in mysterious ways at times , he can bend a human or pressure their lives,  he can place you in pain for prolonged periods of time , or just make your path crooked, Lam.3:9. And he "Works" like that. He will cause grief, vs.32, , or have you quietly waiting on salvation. Vs 26. There is a whole panarama of things he may do. But it's a part of his work.

Behold I am the Lord, the God of all flesh; is there anything too hard for me? Jer. 32:27. God is still working and with some of us he's turning up the heat. And only he knows why. God will be easy on you and hard on you , it just depends. On the outcome he wants. When he finishes you'll be like Job in 42:2," I know that you can do everything, no thought can be with-holden from there."
We face a great power in God, a great work is being done here. And he will let nothing stand in his way.

Iron sharpens iron, because both are strong. So God chastens his child strongly at times. It actually equipts the believer with a tougher armor to withstand the devil's attacks. Even if we don't want a fight , often we have to. We cannot grow weary of well doing. We need to look at salvation from every view we can, experience it from each emotional base we can manage to. To know salvation in and out. To be able to explain it dozens of ways. Familiarize our very being with it. In this manner we step closer to God.

As we step closer to God , we walk nearer to understanding him, he is a circular being. He is not a straight continual line, he is circular, connected , actually wrapped around eternity. Completely enclosing it. Having  no beginnings or endings. Whole. You can see this in some of the spacial rotations God has created in the galaxies ; they spiral and spin in an amazing galactic dance. Disappearing in never ending black holes in space.

What then is the starting point for reason? Either a world that began in chance , is governed by nothing,and is heading nowhere ,or one that is filled with purpose and meaning because there is a creator , an intelligence , behind it all. The unity in circular reasoning always can bring us a continuity in our projections and precepts, God is and will be at the forefront of all thought and reality. Salvation is a sled that got us into the loop. Now we face massive education beyond any scale.

We see some of what God did when he created this universe, it's no telling what he has done this time in it's recreation. He steps out on the floors of space and powers up internally and fills reality with the miracles of his awesome minds. All new creations, everything made new. We will see how he expressed himself, endulged Jesus to join him in a mighty siloethe of engenuis masterful glory never seen before.

And all that new majasty will be a big part of our salvation. In Ps.21:5" His glory is great in thy salvation , honour and majesty hast thou laid upon him." Ps.145:12" To make known to the sons of men his mighty acts and the glorious majesty of his kingdom." We will see this with our eyes. It will be known, common knowledge , the might of God's salvation and decorative designs.  I believe he will create actual heavenly mansions. BY the millions! Liter the earthly landscape with them. In John 14:2 Jesus said in his Father's house there are many mansions, if it were not true I would not say so. We will have a welcome and permanent place in the Kingdom. The many mansions ,at the least, means there will be plenty of room. Much can be left to how one translates it. In my view I think it means very large dwelling places. That fits God more. The more dynamic , the more likely it's true.

Common sense speculation ought tell us that Jesus is certainly not telling us that heaven has small compartmentalized spaces or little flats to live in. To jam in millions of residents. Mansion means large and impressive. Even on earth now it means at least 8,000 square feet.

This is salvation in our Lord's prayer. Heaven will have a salvation landscape , billions of delivered humans now shape and fill a new kingdom.

With of course Satan doing what he can to hurt the kingdom now while humanity is weak. As in Matt.23:13 the thinking is to shut off the kingdom from men. Limited atonement is Satan trying to squeeze and choke believers. Limited salvation is a breed from the devil. A scourge. A big lie..

We will be exposed to two great forms of life in the kingdom. Rev.22:1-2" And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal , proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. And in the midst of the street of it , and on either side of the river , was the tree of life , which bare 12 manner of fruit each month,the  leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations." A stunning sight, a river of life coming right out from Gods throne , feeding a tree of life that feeds God's children. Two stunning sources of life

Life pouring out from Gods throne healing his people personally.  To be able to eat and drink life itself! This is certain to change all who partake of it, in ways and means that we just don't know yet. But these are the two sources of life revealed to become a part of us all.

I don't know if we will drink the water of life, or bathe in it or both? The same with the leaves,, will we eat them? Be annointed by them, be wiped down? Unknown. Mysterious. Excited to think on it. Salvation has so many branches.

God's throne must be magnificent , a powerful mixture of fire and water ever present. A great crystal clear river proceeding right out from his throne and a great rainbow surrounds the throne. The 7 great spirit fires burn on the throne , and the great tree of life at it's base. Visually stunning , with great Cherubs and Seraphim angels towering at each end. The 24 elders and Christ, all there.  Whew!

Indeed so glorious our current state of being cannot get close- which is why the need to be literally in Christ.

Oh yes literally, no exaggerating is needed. In our current state we couldn't get close.i don't think because of Medusa like reasons or extreme heat , I don't think the human conscious can't properly discern a visage of God. Besides, God's presence Eliminates sin so no flesh could survive under normal circumstances.

I wonder why no man could see God and live? I said before that he disolves sin , the sinner just disolves with it? I wonder if it is a fearful death from fright? I doubt that. A complete nervous breakdown from seeing pure goodness and joy? Or just plain shock? One of my fears of eternity.

1Tim.6:15-16 says no man has seen God or  can see God, so it's never happened before, as far as we know. 1John 4:12 , Ex.33:20-22, in Rev. 1:7 we will see Jesus. Sometimes I wonder if we ever will see God?

In Rev.4:2 John Says he sees the throne of God and him sitting on it. He then describes a. Immaculate living picture for us to read and see in 1-9. One of the great creatures around God covered with eyes actually has the face of a human. There were 4 of these great angels each had six wings. They constantly recite words of announcement, "Holy , Holy, holy is the Lord God almighty who was and is and is coming. John said God looked like jasper and carnelian.  Jasper is red colored quartz crystal glass, carnelian  is an orange gem. So John saw God's complexion as dark. And Jesus is most likely the same,
