In Eph.4:23,_And be renewed in the spirit of your mind. This is taking on a new consciousness that is developed in righteousness and true holiness. In Ephesians 5:20 is a very helpful overlooked tool for the believer.,"Giving thanks always for all things", giving thanks to God keeps you connected to what's being done for you and often to you.

Giving thanks to God daily will help shape your attitude of humility and dependence on him.  Giving God your thanks is giving you fellowship with him. And it offers that "Third Eye",, that spiritual eye that is so keen and real. The third eye is the spiritual evaluation of your life condition.

Mickiel

In Psalms 9:1,"I will give thanks to you Lord , with all my heart." Don't be anxious about anything , but in all things give thanksgiving. Let your requests be made known to God. This is developing relationship believe it or not. Keeping as much rapport with God as you can. You begin to see that we can't even keep up with the everyday blessings of God.. to comprehend and be renewed in the spirit of your mind. The fat around your mind is being trimmed, your consciousness is being rebooted. Now the truth can land in your head without spinning..New runway tracks are being laid.

Mickiel

New tracks are being laid in your consciousness that you know we're not there before. The spirit is the divine agent God uses to begin his redemptive work. The spirit reveals God's truth and Gods inaudible planting of his spirit.

Mickiel

To be renewed in the spirit , we are revived and given a fresh start and motivation. I know I am going to need that, it seems like to me I been sleep walking through my life. Really missing fellowship with others. So I am really interested in an eager pursuit to get something done. Surcharge my consciousness while the spirit visiting can give me a big boost.

This post is also a prayer. To have our spirit renewed and blessed , if we can catch the spirit while it's visiting , and get it hand delivered to God. Wouldn't that be something.

In 1Pet.3:12,' The eyes of the Lord are over the righteous and his ears are open to their prayers."⁸ Our  Father created us for fellowship with him., Not just each other. Well what should we pray about? Hey, don't worry about anything and pray about everything. in 1John 5:14, This is the confidence we have in approaching God, that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. It is then wise to ask Jesus and the Holy Spirit to teach us to pray according to his will.

Then one day we will find ourselves having conversations with heaven, Phil.3:20. Having minds motivated and lead by heaven. It is then that we can do all things through Christ which strengthens us.

Mickiel

God uses the spirit to boost us , recharge our spirit. But look closely at Titus 3:5 " Not by works of righteousness we had done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration , and renewing of the Holy Spirit. You mean to tell me that the Holy Spirit  itself can be washed , or use itself to wash the human clean from sin. So the Holy Spirit can be recharged , washed  , regenerated  , and renewed. If you let this loose into the bloodstream, think of all the toxic things that can be erased.

Hey wash me with this great gift to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled. That cannot fade away, reserved In Heaven for us. Who are kept by the power of God though faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. Oh we will suffer persecution for a season , manifold temptations., That the trial of your faith , being more precious than gold, tried with fire , may be found unto praise and honour  and glory. That is the path, looking for the appearance of Jesus.  Pushing  away the stones of stumbling , the rocks of offense to those who stumble at the word. Being disobedient they were still appointed .

But you are a chosen priesthood , a chosen generation , a royal  priesthood,a holy nation, a perculiar people ,that you should show forth the praises of him who has called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

2corinth.4:16,"For which cause we fain't not , but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. We have inside coverage.

Mickiel

In John 14:26,"but the comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things , and bring all things to your memory, whatever I have said  unto you. This is proof that we will receive top notch teaching ,  John 16. Interesting that The Holy Spirit could not come until Jesus left. But look at what Jesus said the spirit will do; he will reprove the world of sin. And of righteousness and of judgement. Those are supreme acts of very great power
. Now the called can be taught without the annoying problems that the flesh may bring.

Jesus encourages us to ask the Father for things. Oh I can make a quick list of things to ask for. About 50 things just to start. I am kidding, but reality can catch up real quick and I find myself needing more than 50 things. My spiritual needs are a long list. Ask and our joy will be filled. Wow, we are all just blessed.

Literally everything on God's throne is alive. In Rev.7:16-17,"They shall hunger nor thrist anymore , neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them , and shall lead them into living fountains of waters , and shall wipe away all tears from their yes. Emotional moments yes indeed.  But notice the waters are referred to as "Living fountains of water" , the water is alive. I don't really know how to explain that? Imagine swimming in water that is alive, or even just drinking it. Truly amazing. Streets paved with gold and water that lives. Rev. 21:21. The streets of the city were pure gold, transparent as glass. The Kingdom will truly be a mystical place. In 21:16 the Esv and Niv versions measures The  Holy city as 12,000 stadia in length and width. A stadia is 607 feet. That translates into 1400 miles , with some versions going as high as 1500 miles long, wide and high! Simply incredible!

Again the bible opens yet another mythical door in John 4:14,,,"But whoever drinks of the water I shall give him shall never thirst ; but the water I give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life." So we can obviously see here that this water of life gives you eternal life. It leads to eternally experience life. You can again obviously drink it once and never thirst again.  However one can interpret these views of this scripture , it's all good. All powerful things and it would not be wise to misunderstand the message scripture is revealing here: don't underestimate the power of water in scripture.

Mickiel

What about water baptism? Remember nothing is necessary for you to do to be saved, all other things you do can be symbolic interpretation of something. I would say being baptized by the spirit , or the spirit coming on you and staying with you , your covered. Being baptized by water, if you can and trust the person doing it, I mean it's not going to kill you. It's up to you, I am not all that big on water baptism, and I do not view it as wrong. I am kind of neutral on it. What do you think?

Mickiel

In Acts 1:5"For John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence." This is simply the better baptism. Yet the  bible never requested any changes be made in baptism or prohibited from water, so I think it's just a  harmless formality. I could be wrong.

If we could narrate this topic in each of the four gospels , the baptism of Jesus would then mark the inauguration of his public ministry - his emergence from a life of seeming obscurity , takes a hard right turn in history, into a life of growing popularity on account of his preaching, miracles, healings and proclamation of mercy and forgiveness.  His baptism may have been more symbolic than a commanded doctrine. And to identify himself to sinners. He was not baptized for the remissions of his sin, he had none, He was baptized to fulfill all unrighteousness, Matt.3:15., A powerful symbol of God's grace. Water baptism can appear in the plan of salvation, it's rich with spiritual meaning and it cannot be turned into a condemnation tool.

That was  it right  there , Jesus payment for our sins is appointed to our account by his faith alone. So baptism is an important step of obedience after salvation , but cannot be a requirement for salvation.

Yes Jesus had no sin , but he was treated as if he had . In fact he sacrificed his life for all human lives and he delivered salvation to all humans. He endured a Savage beating  to keep evils hands off of salvation. In Romans 5: 8 'But God commanded his love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners , Christ died for us.  We were reconciled to God by the death and life of Jesus.

Now the Lord is the spirit, and where the spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And you will know the truth and the truth will set you free. So the Lord wants us to be free , and knowing this truth sets us free. God wants us free men.To have this strong sense of freedom as we come to know him. He does not want us learning under a sloppy sense of hurt , he wants us to learn and grow while freed in our consciousness. To have the power to think without hindrance or restraints.

Satan has this world under constraints , he controls it's religious education. And secretly guides it's leaders. They are under the illusion of free will teaching. There is no scientific proof or scriptural proof of man having free will. None I have seen.

To have the power to be free of the many constraints placed on this world and still learn and comprehend is a Godsend ability.  We can call that ability the gift of discernment. We can sense the right spirits to listen to. In John 10:2,"My sheep hear my voice and I know them. And they follow me." This dynamic is very important to have. This is how we communicate with Jesus and God , and their spirit's, without outside interference. A more pure communication protected by the spirit.  Some people ask, "well how do we know who is right , who to listen to? " Well this is how, spirit lead discernment. Through all the false voices , being Jesus sheep keys us into the right focus and Jesus will help us , in John 10:2 Jesus said his sheep know his voice , AND , he knows them. Jesus weeds through the prayers stops and says,"Grab that prayer  , I know them, take it to the Father." And we can do  this all day and night.

Jesus supplies his people with a powerful spirit while he is gone. The spirit of truth. In John 14:17 Jesus taught that this spirit will both dwell with us and be in us! Wow!  This great spirit of truth gives us a very discerning eye for exposing false religions and false truths. Our understanding is now pump up the volume at any level of deception and we will know.

Jesus left the earth but did not leave the believer empty handed , John 14: 16-18 , 15:26. With this comforter , or spirit we will be actively living Psalms 23rd chapter.the spirit will lead us, restore us , comfort us , will feed our hunger for righteousness , quench our fears and keep us prepared for anything. Even pumping up the volume on our knowledge - "Thou anointest my head with Oil, my cup runs over." We will understand so much more and the Holy Spirit will both guide and teach us from then on , into eternity.

Sadly having these greatly exaggerated gifts from God, the believer is now more of a target than ever before. We must walk through the darkness , through the valley of the shadow of death , all the while demons are ganging up on you.  It's just no telling what these dark demons will throw at you. Powerful deceptions  that even Jesus wondered how great is this darkness?Matt.6:23.

But thankfully God only allows certain things for demons to have room to do. He allowed Satan only certain things he could do to Job. If you step back and take a wide range of things, God does allow a wide range of evil to exist.  God is always progressive with evil. Some things are untouchable to Satan, as with salvation, he cannot bother salvation , only give out illusions about it. God will not bargain with the salvation of man.

God alone is our source of strength, Psalms 18:1, 2:7 , Isaiah 40:31. God is called the horn of our salvation. The raised horn is a common biblical symbol of victory, Ps.89:24, 112:9, ,Zech.1:21. The horn can mean a symbol of honor and strength. The synonyms of salvation become more points of reference , preservation, or you can just say saving. The freedom gives salvation redemption, rescue, deliverance, or you can reference the root meaning of salvation In the Latin Salvare ,"To Save",. Salvation is rich in meaning,  and human sinners becoming justified is just the cream of the crop. Pun intended. The truth that all believers need to realize very deeply is that true salvation rest in knowing the truth of who we are. The truth of who we are remains forever unchanged. It is ever present , just waiting to us to connect to the love of Christ knowing that we are loved and that love is unaffected by any life experience , is a foundation of the salvation. Not that we are lined up to receive love in turns , most of humanity has received love and salvation in mass. My concern is the church in the later times , and how they receive it themselves. So they will need the horn of salvation , it is a term of strength as well as a symbol of them. 2Sam. 22:3, Ps.18:2. Christ praises the Philadelphian era to remaining faithful despite their Limited strength. Rev. 3:8. The will become pillars in Gods heavenly temple, Rev.3:10-12.

This church also proves that despite of weaknesses , can be used by Christ to be pillars in heavenly temples. Jesus knows the difference between reproaching a congregation and condemning it's persecutors. Jesus can cut a whole lot of slack during these horrid times. Spiritual self realization will have to move to an opening for the latter churches. The 7 churches in Revelation can be multi applied to both those times and ours. The message is the same. BUT , the personal experiences are largely differing to the latter day saints. At least in my view. The times are just different. The older people in the church are different, and the younger.if you  run into the right old member of God's church, your running into a well of wisdom and maybe even find an old battle axe with scars on it.

Mickiel

I mentioned that God was progressive with evil. So what did I mean by that? Well it means that God develops evil in stages , or gradual over time proceeding in steps it seems to me.   He is really using it in social reform , while it increases in popularity. God is reforming humanity , using modernist advanced enterprising evil. Many key humans in history  and until now , can be inspired to be radical and dynamic with their evil , even displaying enlightening innovative politically correct evil . A presidential campaign can quickly turn into a war of words , and they are not aware just how much evil can accomplish once it gets in. It's getting harder to tell the difference between evil politics of the  past, or the progressive credentials in the annals of present day liars in government. The corruption in government has thrown off many well meaning people who just don't know how to be led. Politics is becoming more of a machine with humans at the controls.

Mickiel

The Donald Trump presidency is a modern day and example of what I mean to show. I have never in my life seen so much evil flirted with by an American president. The avenues he opened will last for years and may have set unseen future consequences into the vaults of politics. This proves anybody can become president who has personality problems. And who knows what is under those problems.

Mickiel

I am not suggesting any difference in the innate psychology of people throughout time and world over. Everywhere humans seem to have had the same propensity for both virtue and violence. There is plenty of evidence of both kindness and selfishness in the masses. I just like things which explains evil and good and why they exist. It's why I like the bible.
