Much to consider for sure. From what I see, conviction of sin isn't the same as applying blame for the causation of sin. We were born into the flesh. I see conviction as a desire to move to the next level. To rise above the flesh mind.

I believe there is a subtle difference between the Holy Spirit convicting the believer of righteousness through faith.
Being convicted of righteousness leads to walking on the path of righteousness away from Sin
apart from sin.

If the Holy Spirit convicts the believer of Sin the believer needs to stop and repent until he feels no shame. Once he has done that he can continue on the path observing others on the path.
This path seems well worn. Yet they still don't know us by our LOVE
