Funny, President Obama says we can "Tolerate no more" of these tragedies. He cannot see that these tragedies are on the increase because of the great illness of heart in this nation given over to hedonism and greed.

The earth mourns and withers, the world fades and withers, the exalted of the people of the earth fade away.
The earth is also polluted by its inhabitants, for they transgressed laws, violated statutes, broke the everlasting covenant. Therefore, a curse devours the earth, and those who live in it are held guilty.
Therefore, the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men are left. The new wine mourns, The vine decays, All the merry-hearted sigh. The gaiety of tambourines ceases, The noise of revelers stops, The gaiety of the harp ceases. They do not drink wine with song; Strong drink is bitter to those who drink it.
The city of chaos(tohu) is broken down; Every house is shut up so that none may enter. There is an outcry in the streets concerning the wine; All joy turns to gloom.
The gaiety of the earth is banished. Desolation is left in the city And the gate is battered to ruins.

"...hedonism and greed."  You forgot violence and murder.  The errand-boy Obama, latest of a long line of errand boys, talks a good talk while wiping non-existent tears from his cheeks.  He may or may not be aware that forces in his own government are killing men, women, and children in Afghanistan, counting bodies and reporting X-number of terrorists killed.  But it is we who terrorize.  The same forces [M*K U*l*t*r*a] train susceptible people who carry out mass murder on Americans, but these people never, never get to say their piece, from LHO onward.  I'm just glad that the Stone will soon strike those feet of iron and clay.  So soon it will be like a bad dream...

"Chaos" is the name we give to our failure to understand the principles governing events around us.

Scotland — If there's anywhere that understands the pain of Newtown, it's Dunblane, the town whose grief became a catalyst for changes to Britain's gun laws.

In March 1996, a 43-year-old man named Thomas Hamilton walked into a primary school in this central Scotland town of 8,000 people and shot to death 16 kindergarten-age children and their teacher with four legally held handguns. In the weeks that followed, people in the town formed the Snowdrop campaign — named for the first flower of spring — to press for a ban on handguns. Within weeks, it had collected 750,000 signatures. By the next year, the ban had become law.

So who did this shooting?  A clueless 20 year old who didn't even have the wherewithal to move out of the family home, and whom his closest teacher described as 'more likely to be a victim'?   Or soneone with something to gain?

On December 16, 1944, the Germans launched their largest offensive of the war on the Western Front. The primary goals of the offensive were to capture the Belgian port of Antwerp and to drive a wedge between the British and American armies. This offensive is often referred to as the "Battle of the Bulge." It's failure was due largely to American resistance around St. Vith, on the northern shoulder of the Bulge, and by American forces holding Bastogne on the southern shoulder of the Bulge.

The town of Bastogne is strategically located at the center of the road network of the Ardennes. The Germans referred to it as a "road octopus" since the majority of roads in that region of the Ardennes pass through the town. The town's strategic location made it vitally important to the outcome of the offensive. The Allies realized its importance and General Eisenhower dispatched the 101st Airborne Division to hold the town at all costs. This victory resulted in the first full Army Division Presidential Distinguished Unit Citation. This interview focuses on the story surrounding the German's request for the American forces at Bastogne to surrender and the American General's response as witnessed by Lt. General Harry Kinnard, at the time of the siege of Bastogne, a Lt. Col. and Division G-3. These are some of his personal recollections.

We got into Bastogne late on the night of 18 December, 1944. We were not well equipped, having just gotten out of combat in Holland. We were particularly short of winter clothing and footwear. On the 21st of December we became completely surrounded by Germans and our field hospital was overrun by a German attack. We had put the hospital in what would normally have been a safe place, but no place is safe when you are completely surrounded. At this time, we were not able to receive air resupply because the weather was absolutely frightful. It was very, very cold and snowy. Visibility was often measured in yards. Our lack of winter gear was partially offset by the citizens of Bastogne who gave us blankets and white linens that we used for camouflage.

While we were still surrounded, on the morning of December 22, a German surrender party, consisting of two officers and two NCOs, and carrying a white flag, approached our perimeter in the area of our Glider Regiment, the 327th. The party was taken to a nearby platoon command post. While the enlisted men were detained the officers were blind folded and taken to the command post of the 327th where they presented their surrender ultimatum. The ultimatum in essence said the 101st's position was hopeless and that if we elected not to surrender a lot of bad things would happen.

The message was brought in to the Division Headquarters by Major Alvin Jones, the S-3, and Colonel Harper, the Regimental Commander. They brought the message to me, the G-3 and Paul Danahy, the G-2. My first reaction was that this was a German ruse, designed to get our men out of their fox holes. But be that as it might, we agreed that we needed to take the message up the line. We took it first to the acting Chief of Staff of the Division, Lt. Col. Ned Moore. With him, we took the message to the acting Division Commander General Tony McAuliffe. Moore told General McAuliffe that we had a German surrender ultimatum. The General's first reaction was that the Germans wanted to surrender to us. Col. Moore quickly disabused him of that notion and explained that the German's demanded our surrender. When McAuliffe heard that he laughed and said: "Us surrender? Aw, nuts!" the date was December 22nd, 1944



To the U.S.A. Commander of the encircled town of Bastogne.

The fortune of war is changing. This time the U.S.A. forces in and near Bastogne have been encircled by strong German armored units. More German armored units have crossed the river Our near Ortheuville, have taken Marche and reached St. Hubert by passing through Hompre-Sibret-Tillet. Libramont is in German hands.

There is only one possibility to save the encircled U.S.A. troops from total annihilation: that is the honorable surrender of the encircled town. In order to think it over a term of two hours will be granted beginning with the presentation of this note.

If this proposal should be rejected one German Artillery Corps and six heavy A. A. Battalions are ready to annihilate the U.S.A. troops in and near Bastogne. The order for firing will be given immediately after this two hours' term.

All the serious civilian losses caused by this artillery fire would not correspond with the well known American humanity.

But then McAuliffe realized that some sort of reply was in order. He pondered for a few minutes and then told the staff, "Well I don't know what to tell them." He then asked the staff what they thought, and I spoke up, saying, "That first remark of yours would be hard to beat." McAuliffe said, "What do you mean?" I answered, "Sir, you said 'Nuts'." All members of the staff enthusiastically agreed, and McAuliffe decided to send that one word, "Nuts!" back to the Germans. McAuliffe then wrote down:

"To the German Commander, "Nuts!" The American Commander."

When Jacob blessed Joseph's children, he created by
that act the Thirteenth Tribe, making Ephraim many
mighty nations and Manasseh a great people. The
term Ephraim is synonymous with Joseph ; that is, we
speak of them as one, from the fact that Ephraim inherited
the birthright, while Manasseh, the Thirteenth
Tribe, was destined to become a great people. If we
examine Revelations we shall find that at the time of
the sealing of the Twelve Tribes of the Children of
Israel Dan is cast out, and in the place of Dan is
Manasseh.

Thus you see that the blessing by Jacob was an
inspiration of Divine Providence, for there must be
twelve tribes, and if Dan was to be cast out, then there
must be a thirteenth tribe to make the twelve good.
Just the same as in the case of the twelve disciples.
Judas Iscariot was cast out, and Matthias, or the thirteenth
disciple, was appointed to fill his place. Having
made clear the relative position of the two lads, let us
compare the Scriptures with accepted history and see
how far the prophecies have been fulfilled.

First, they were to be a multitudinous people ; strong in power ;
speaking another tongue ; an island nation having large
colonies ; a monarchy, and a Christian people. This is
Ephraim.

Now, whenever we find Manasseh, we must find
them according to Scripture, " a great people," having
come out and separated themselves from the
house of Ephraim, bearing the same name and identity,
speaking the same language, bearing the same
cross, and proclaiming the same Christianity.

" The children that thou shalt have, after thou hast lost the
other," says Isaiah. What other? Why, the house of
Manasseh, or "the great people," for these, under
divine blessing, were all she could ever lose, and
although few in number at the time of separation,
could never be conquered.

Ephraim's, or England's peculiar characteristic, even
unto this day, is in pronouncing the letter H, consequently
the first war between Ephraim and Manasseh,
" the great people," resulted disastrously for Ephraim,
as it did in all her future battles with that nation,
which is known not only as Manasseh, but Gilead. The
Ephraimites sent a spy into the camp of Gilead, but he
was immediately detected, " for they say unto him, ' Say
now Shibboleth,' and he said 'Sibboleth,' for he could
not frame to pronounce it right."" Then they took
him and slew him at the passage of Jordan, and there
fell at that time of the Ephraimites forty and two thousand."

Thus Ephraim, "the many mighty nations,"
has never been able to overcome Manasseh,
" the great people." Some few weeks ago, an Englishman, fresh
from London, came into my office, and during the course
of conversation said he had friends living in Art and Alsey
streets, meaning Hart and Halsey. Thus he spoke,
because he could not frame to pronounce the H.

The blessings that followed these two great nations
were : First, they should be a pushing people.
" His glory is like the firstlings of his bullock." (This is why
we call England John Bull.) " His horns like the horns
of the Unicorn, with them they shall push the people
to the ends of the earth," and they are " the thousands
of Manasseh, and the ten thousands of Ephraim." You
will notice that the horns of the Unicorn were given to
the two lads.

Now it is a singular fact that after the Pilgrims settled
down in Massachusetts, Oliver Cromwell knocked
off one of the horns of the British Unicorn, and since
that time it has been represented with only one horn.
A great many people, in reading the Scriptures, when
they see the house of Israel mentioned, think they are
the Jews, and also that Israel means the Church, yet
nowhere in the Bible is Israel mentioned as the Church,
but always as a nation.

Paul says, " When I am with
the Jews, I am as a Jew, and when I am with the
Greeks, I am as a Greek, but I am neither; I am an
Israelite of the tribe of Benjamin." How easily Peter
was recognized as a Galilean. "Thou art a Galilean,"
said the maid, " and thy speech betrayeth thee."

So you see the Israelites kept themselves separated
from the Jews, even in the days of Christ, and this passage
of Scripture will throw great light upon it, viz. :
" Now Jesus walked no more openly with the Jews, but
went away to a city called Ephraim, and dwelt with
His disciples." Having shown you the difference between
the Israelites and the Jews, let us see what difference
there is in the prophecies concerning them.

The house of Judah is composed of two tribes,
viz.: Judah and Levi, and they are the Jews of the
present day, having never lost their name nor their
identity, and who are to-day living under the Law of
Moses, and the curse of their own prayer. Jeremiah
says of them that they should always retain their
name and identity, under the Mosaic law, without
a government, and strangers tolerated in all foreign
countries.

How different the prophecies concerning Israel. Unknown
in name, a multitudinous people, strong in power,
speaking another tongue, many mighty nations, and
a Christian people. Seven hundred and twenty-five
years B.C. the house of Israel went into the Assyrian
captivity, from which they have never returned. Six
hundred and six years B.C. the house of Judah went
into the Babylonian captivity, and were held seventy
years, after which they were liberated by Cyrus and
became a dependency up to the year seventy A.D., when
Titus besieged Jerusalem. They were then overthrown
and scattered to the four winds of heaven, even unto
this day.

The tribe of Benjamin separated themselves from
the house of Israel and united with the house of
Judah, and we find the design of this union in First
Kings. Judah was to reject Christ, yet he had chosen
the city of Jerusalem, and this city was in Benjamin's
territory, and contained the temple as well as the
throne of David, which was to have an heir until Shiloh
came, and as Judah refused, Benjamin was selected,
as all of the disciples were Benjaminites, save Judas
Iscariot.

In the year 70, when Titus besieged Jerusalem, the
Christians made their escape, and ancient writers say
they were all of the tribe of Benjamin. The walls were
ordered to be battered down, after which the army
retired to rest, and during this time the Benjaminites
all made their escape, and when Titus called his commanding
general to an account he was speechless. In
this we find the prophecy of Jeremiah literally fulfilled,
when he says:

" Oh, ye children of Benjamin, gather
yourselves together and flee out of the midst of Jerusalem,
for evil appeareth out of the north," and in fulfillment
of this very prophecy the Benjaminites escaped...

If we examine some of the prophecies concerning
Manasseh we shall find them truly wonderful. God
had said to this thirteenth tribe of the children of
Israel that He would guard them as the eagle guardeth
her young, and so when they settled down to independence
they placed the eagle upon their banner with
thirteen stars. They filled it up with the stripes, for it
is written, "by His stripes are we healed."

The great seal of the United States is still more curious.
This was suggested by Sir John Bart, an Englishman,
to John Adams, American Minister to the Court
of St. James, and adopted by Congress in 1782. On
the obverse side we have an eagle, and in his beak a
scroll, with the motto, " E. Pluribus Unum," one out of
many, as Manasseh was taken. Over the head of the
eagle is a bank of clouds, and we have the prophecy,
"I will be a cloud round about you, in camp and out."

There is a parting in the cloud, and we see thirteen
stars, or the number of the tribe. In his right talon is
an olive branch, a symbol of peace, and in his left talon
a bundle of thirteen arrows. If we turn the seal over
and look at the reverse side, we find it still more wonderful,
for here we have the Egyptian pyramid. Over
the top of the pyramid is an all-seeing eye, with the
motto, " He prospers our beginning." Under the pyramid
is the motto, "A new era in the ages." Now,
when we come to think that Manasseh, the thirteenth
tribe, which is represented on our flag and on our
great seal, was born in Memphis, at the foot of the pyramids,
we cannot fail to see how wonderfully prophecy
and providence agree.

The prophecies concerning Israel were that they
should possess the gates of their enemies ; they should
reign over many nations, but no nation should reign
over them ; they should have the heathen for an inheritance
; they should be a Sabbath-keeping people ; they
should take their national oath in the name of the Lord ;
they should preach the gospel to every nation, kindred,
tongue, and people, and that they should finally join
hands with Judah to possess Palestine. There are but two
nations on earth to-day that meet all of these requirements,
viz., England and the United States.

England has never been conquered by a Gentile power. They
hold the gates of their enemies from Gibraltar to the
China Sea. Lord Wellington, with a small army, withstood nearly
the entire forces of the Continent. They prevailed
against Russia in the Crimean war; they opened the
ports of China, with her 450,000,000; while heathen
India, with her 250,000,000, comes under the British
flag; and with her fifty-six colonies, the Dominion of
Canada, the Feejee Islands, and her own islands, she
owns nearly one-quarter of the entire earth and controls
one-sixth of all the inhabitants.

And yet, mighty as England was and is, she found her armies too weak to conquer the half-clothed, half-fed Pilgrims and Puritans
that had entered the promised land, and had raised
their banner in the name of the Lord.

Again, England's coat of arms is nine lions and a
unicorn. The unicorn was added when the Norman
conquerors invaded England, which are supposed to be
the tribe of Benjamin. " For then will I turn the
people to a pure language, that they may worship God
with one consent."

There are six languages in theChristian world to-day that are powerful, viz., English,Russian, German, French, Spanish, and Italian ; but
transplant any of them, except the English language,
and they will die. Look at the vast sea of cosmopolitan
languages that have been transplanted to the United
States, and where are they now? They sleep the sleep
that knows no resurrection, for the children cannot
speak the mother tongue. In the English language we
have about one thousand Hebrew roots, and hence it is
written, "With stammering lips, and in another tongue,
will He speak to His people."


After the Israelites were carried into the Assyrian
captivity, they remained in Media until Christ came,
for you remember He said to His disciples, "Go not into
the ways of the Gentiles, nor into any of the cities of
the Samaritans enter ye not, but go rather to the lost
sheep of the house of Israel," which fulfills the prophecy,
" Yet doth He devise means that His banished be not
expelled from Him." From Media they went into
Pamphylia, Galatia, Cappadocia, Lydia, and Bithyania,
for we have the testimony of Josephus in the year 70
A.D., that the two tribes, viz., Judah and Levi, were
captured by Titus, but the ten tribes were beyond the
river Euphrates, an immense number of people. Here
they waited redemption from the Mosaic law. Christ's
mission on earth was to redeem Israel, for He says,
"I am not sent, but unto the lost sheep of the house of
Israel."

Under the Mosaic law Paul finds them, and tells
them of a crucified and risen Redeemer, and frees
them from the law. This is why we are keeping the
first day instead of the seventh. Again Paul tells them
to avoid foolish questions and genealogies, and endless
fables, and from that point of time they lose all trace
of their genealogy and become a distinct people. Thus
we see prophecy fulfilled to the letter of the law, viz. :
Unknown in name, speaking another tongue; in fact,
the little stone, cut out of the mountain without hands,
which became a great mountain, and filled the whole
earth.

In my opinion the little stone is Jesus and it will fill the whole earth as the children of Abraham, born of his SEED meaning Christ, will be as numerous as the sand of the sea and the stars of the sky.......but that was a good presentation of the doctrine of British Israelism. It has been around a long time and there may be some truth in it, but I believe the nation that will arise out of Abraham and shine like the stars of the heaven is the ecclesia of God, over which Jesus is Head over all things, the church, His body, the fulness of Hiom who fills all in all- born not of the will of man nor of the will of the flesh but born of God- born form above, people of every tongue and nation.

In my opinion the little stone is Jesus and it will fill the whole earth as the children of Abraham, born of his SEED meaning Christ, will be as numerous as the sand of the sea and the stars of the sky.......but that was a good presentation of the doctrine of British Israelism. It has been around a long time and there may be some truth in it, but I believe the nation that will arise out of Abraham and shine like the stars of the heaven is the ecclesia of God, over which Jesus is Head over all things, the church, His body, the fulness of Hiom who fills all in all- born not of the will of man nor of the will of the flesh but born of God- born form above, people of every tongue and nation.

This doesn't contradict that--what you are calling 'British Israelism'--but is really about Ephraim and Manasseh and their fellows.   As we have seen, the prophecy regarding Ephraim [for house of Israel] has been directly fulfilled by certain peoples and carried to every nation of the world by them, as they search the whole earth for those called and chosen from every tribe.

It's not just history, it's prophecy fulfilled, IMO.

But his father refused. "I know, my son; I know," he replied. "Manasseh will also become a great people, but his younger brother will become even greater. And his descendants will become a multitude of nations."

Even though Ephraim is the youngest son, his grandfather, Jacob gives Ephraim the birthright blessing.  Joseph tries to stop him, thinking he made a mistake, but Jacob makes it clear he knows what he is doing.


The younger son, Ephraim, becomes 'a multitude of nations.'   Great Britain is a little island but the sun never sets on the British Empire.

The elder son Manasseh becomes 'a great people.'

So by definition, we see that Manasseh is a subset of Ephraim which is a multitude of nations, also known as the fulfillment of the Gentiles.

Yet the double portion of Joseph is given to Ephraim and Manasseh both.  So both stand alone.  We see that each tribe is given his portion by Joshua in the promised land, creating a double portion for Joseph.  They are brothers, they stand together, and they stand alone, each with his own portion with Manasseh becoming 'a great people' in his own right.


Thus, Manasseh is called 'a great people,' separated from the house of Ephraim through the double portion--they get their own land grant in the promised land--having the same name and identity which is the tribe of Joseph, speaking the same language because they are brothers raised together in Egypt, bearing the same cross and proclaiming the same Christianity--through you all the nations of the world shall be blessed--that is the Abrahamic Covenant passed on by Jacob through Joseph.

From a UR point of view,  these double portioned sons of Joseph are half Hebrew[father], half Gentile [mother], thereby in their very bodies spanning the bridge between Gentile and Hebrew.

Although Ephraim is the name given to the house of Israel because Ephraim is their prince/leader, of which the tribe of Manasseh is a part,  Manasseh stands alone with his own portion.  Remember, a multitude of nations literally translates into 'the fulness of the Gentiles, of which Manasseh is part.

Also remember, Jacob split the birthright.  He gave the scepter to Judah and everything else to Joseph in double portion through his sons, Ephraim and Manasseh.

Each stands alone and they stand together.

From a Christian point of view, I consider Genesis 48:19 one of the most important prophetic verses in the Bible because right there we see the identity of the great Christian countries to come--Ephraim and Manasseh--and their companions--the ten tribes of the house of Israel.

17 When Joseph saw his father placing his right hand on Ephraim's head he was displeased; so he took hold of his father's hand to move it from Ephraim's head to Manasseh's head. 18 Joseph said to him, "No, my father, this one is the firstborn; put your right hand on his head."

19 But his father refused and said, "I know, my son, I know. He too will become a people, and he too will become great. Nevertheless, his younger brother will be greater than he, and his descendants will become a group of nations." 20 He blessed them that day and said,

In your name will Israel pronounce this blessing:
'May God make you like Ephraim and Manasseh.'"

So he put Ephraim ahead of Manasseh.

21 Then Israel said to Joseph, "I am about to die, but God will be with you and take you back to the land of your fathers. 22 And to you I give one more ridge of land than to your brothers, the ridge I took from the Amorites with my sword and my bow."

This is the passing on of the birthright blessings given to Abraham by God, passed through Isaac to Jacob, and then in double portion to Joseph through Ephraim and Manasseh.



Whether you see this as spiritual or physical or both, it has to be dealt with because it is still in effect to this day--blessing upon blessing upon blessing upon the head of Joseph, the oldest son of the most beautiful and beloved wife of Jacob,  and through him to Ephraim and Manasseh.



And Jacob called unto his sons, and said, Gather yourselves together, that I may tell you that which shall befall you in the last days.

22 Joseph is a fruitful bough, even a fruitful bough by a well; whose branches run over the wall:

23 The archers have sorely grieved him, and shot at him, and hated him:

If that were true, I could see going crazy trying to "get everyone saved"
I don't think it is God's plan to get everybody saved before they physically die.
When Jesus healed the man at the pool of Bethesda, he essentially ignored the rest of the several
others that were there at the time.

haven't you figured out..that Adam was a son of God and that Jesus also..and a double Blessing goes

to humanity..following this exercize in good and evil? Have you forgotten all the wonderful things we are promised

  and He shall deliver them all from this body of death.   He is coming to reap His wheatfield/mankind

  He bought the field/redeemed and owns it...He is the rightful owner..He does not reap where He does

not sow[as accused] God sowed Adam in this earth/and God sowed Jesus Christ in this earth.......

  and all mankind is His Rightful Possesion...It does not matter that the Prince of this earth wants

to hold on to them..HE SHALL DELIVER
