I think I have abided by this forum's rules about how to present ideas and I have respected those who have disagreed. Personally, I see no reason for God to have changed his methods in the Old Testament upon His people to the New Testament upon his people. This is why God's consuming fire is presented both as a warning from Moses and also a warning from the author of Hebrews concerning the spiritual Holy Land and the natural results of failing to enter his rest. The warning still stands. Even you admitted that whatever was going on in the lake of fire was most likely a horrible experience. Those were your words not mine.

For me  will the lake of Fire be a horror   to the dead ?
  They are all dead    so how can this be a horror to the dead  who know nothing  ? 
  I believe it will be a    shock , but horror ?  I do not believe they even know   what is happening   to be honest   with you   

  those that are alive in Christ   by reading  Rev 20  are with Him already in   the    first resurrection   and those who are dead    must be made alive in Christ to   be  presented to the Living God , Jesus said plainly    that God is not the God of the dead , but the living and the dead   and Living are the Lord Jesus Christ whom is the Lord of the dead and living all things  , He will make alive those   from the dead and present them to the LIVING GOD HIS FATHER  [ Paul says in 1 Cornth 15      THE  1000  year   reign      is to me the DAY OF THE LORD        only because Peter spoke of the day being a 100o years and   1000 years as a Day

  In the  7 churches   there is  a place that says the   say they are alive but in fact are dead  ,  dead to who ? God the God of the living  , by what standard are they dead to God ? by their works    , dead works from dead   to God   beings .

The irony is that now you are misquoting me. I didn't say "horror" and I think if it's a serious line drawn between "horrible" and "terrible" I think that's splitting hairs a bit. You did say that the LOF will be terrible.

You might be right, I might be splitting hairs a bit. I wasnt quoting you tho, and as I shared before, my responses are primarily in the flow of the thread- not intended to critique, so I wasnt critiquing you. You share a lot of posts, so I am responding conversationally, not critically. While the LOF will be terrible(as we agree apparently :o) I always try to bring the discussion of it back around to light consuming darkness and the fire bringing every hidden thing to light, because IMO thats what it will be for.
