I've been away for a while. The other day, I had a thought, a question and I wondered if anyone on TM might be able to shed some light on this.

What happens to those who accept the mark of the beast.

I think the mark or emblem or what it turns out to be, will likely have both tracking ability and behavior modification. I'm thinking if we are seeing anger, civil unrest, riots, etc now, and violent crime, there will be worse mob mentality then(?). I think they will not be able to escape or avoid last days troubles, will be in the thick of it and at the mercy of human government and powers that be. Truly dog eat dog.. which is what 'evolution' prophecies.. (false prophet/great delusion/man declared as 'god'/higher power, becomes beast, just an animal after all)

..the mark desecrates..?

It's the carnal nature of man. Not an actual mark. If we allow God to chastise us and purge us of the flesh through trials and suffering then will not need the purging fires of the Lake. Judge ourselves now so we aren't judged later.

Thanks Watchman, but we gotta be careful we don't end up trying to live the law and be "good people" However, I do agree, it's just that I believe that God alone can do this.

  follow the geneology line to observe the enmity between the seed.

    Babylon sits atop a scarlet beast......bloodspilling murderous men are as beasts...ravaging beasts like lions tigers bears that

eat along with the blood...nations that with covetous eyes look upon lands to expand with murderous intents and warfare...

  and much spilling of blood have wandering boundaries in the earth/wars/nations come and go across the land..nations with

  such emblems as bear,eagles etc as they prey on people in their wanderings in the earth.   God promised Israel a beautiful

  land to inherit forever..not as a wanderer..but a home.  Jacob,the supplanter..remained at home among the tents..Esau

   Two nations are in thy womb...two natures/two seeds in man[good/evil]  the wild/tame , the carnal/beastly ferocious,blood-

thirsty nature/sinful nature and the gentel spiritual mild righteous upright nature. one nature preys upon..the other is the prey...


    one lump of the clay is marred[marked] in HIS hand as a vessel of dishonor[man that is in honour but has not understanding

  is as the beast]God has authority as the potter to also make a vessel unto honour of the same lump

In the old Testament when it speaks of a mark, it refers to the laws where God told Israel to bind them upon their heart in their hand and on their forehead. The laws were still being practiced in 70AD. If this is right, then all of the laws would have to be reinstated, the reason I wondered if it hasn't already happened.

This is the rest    that God promises  His people   , come all you whom are heavy laden and I will give you rest for your souls


  those are the souls under the  alter that gave  up  their lives ,exchanged   their souls   from the whole world  to Christ LIFE IN THEM    these works are the greater works done  because Jesus went   back to the Father   

He was sent for the same reason  , the souls under the altar in Rev 6   to avenge   the blood / lives   of the  law  & prophets 

at the CROSS    the 5th seal    and the 6th seal was at the Cross  was opened   and  HEAVEN  OPENED from now on    ,,,,,we are in the 7th seal The Seventh Seal—the Trumpets  those whom hear His voice and LIVE    AND NEVER DIE    Rev 8  but evey WORD will follow and must be fulfilled  to the end ...

We exchange  lies for truth and   do not sell it but give it freely  as it was given to us by the Lord Himself  , but most  dont want it .

Even if  the truth  is free ,   they refuse it    and refute it      What will a man exchange for his own soul  ?   we give up our deceived one  for the LORD SOUL / LIFE  OF TRUTH      Setting us free from death    ..

this is speaking of our father Abraham and Sarah     born of faith in God  though the LORD JESUS  CHRIST THE SEED OF FAITH /WORD OF GOD

   the Day of the Lord   is the 1000  year reign and also the Sabbath rest made Holy and sanctified  on the  7th DAY AND 7TH SEAL   we are in this   to the end   of all things that is near  , salvation is nearer than when we first believed      ..

my  :2c: about the  mark  of the beast  was first placed on cain's  forehead  he  was ruled  by  sin    and error and  the broad path that leads to destruction   , we can see his examples in the Word of God by the nature of the beast  ruling his  heart  out of the presence of God ... there is no doubt this man was  not  tormented   his whole  mortal life .  what a price to pay for disobedience  , but he   was learning what evil is   to the core and knowing the depths of satan would never disobey GOD again if Jesus would show mercy and forgive Him of  sins 

ALL   manner of sins are forgiven   except blaspheming the   HOLY SPIRIT   The Unpardonable Sin   there is a sin   that leads to death   1-john 5:16-20   I can only see this as being UR   as  Who does not want  evil to end ???    whom delights in evil anyways ?      evil is done away with in Christ  , sin looses its power to rule over one seeking the Lord  that every knee will bow to and every tongue confess   JESUS IS LORD OF ALL !!!

in the age of the tree of knowledge of good and evil  Jesus says choose to do  good [age ]    so the age of Grace would come  to us ,  from the cross of Jesus Christ  , by the Holy Spirit  being poured out   and  convicting us of sin and   chastening us of it   and comforting us   by  teaching us  ,  His enemies    [carnal minds ]  such   hostility against Him  SPIRIT OF LIFE   as we take up our   cross and follow HIM The Call to Endurance  Heb 12

  FORGIVING   others  sins in the same way we have been forgiven  by Jesus  ,    life is in the blood  , giving it up  for Jesus  sake .and suffer  for good and not evil any longer    and  our Sabbath rest to the weary souls /lives  joined with His own , so the good works   increased by the grace of God working  the Christ  in you and hope of glory   from the inward working to the outward appearance    that mankind can see the difference  God has  made in your lives we belong to Him  and for HIM WE LIVE  AND LOVE  through Him  .

Practicing  what is  preached in  word by  works of the Holy Spirit  in us  all , honoring  the Father though Christ love   for God and mankind .

You are right about the fact that working and trading isn't allowed on the Sabbath.
But only trading is mentioned. Not working.
There is such a day in the Bible; the day of the new moon/month is a hybrid between a regular day and an Sabbath day.
On that day work is allowed, but not the whole day because there is Temple service. On that day trading isn't allowed.

NO TRADING
Amos 8:5 Saying, When will the new moon be gone, that we may sell corn? and the sabbath, that we may set forth wheat, making the ephah small, and the shekel great, and falsifying the balances by deceit?
