On this thread, I will post a Bible verse supporting Universal Reconciliation every day!  :dsunny:  I am only human, so I can not say how long this will go for, but I will do my best!  :URWelcome:

Bible version used for these verses will vary. I will occasionally provide my own commentary on each one as well.  :thumbsup:

I think the best first verse to discuss is the one featured prominently on the www.tentmaker.org homepage!

1 Timothy 4:10 Jesus Christ, the savior of all men, especially those who believe.

Some believers may wonder what the point of believing is if God will save everyone. But, the way I see it, believing in Jesus Christ is necessary for salvation, meaning that everyone will eventually believe that God is Jesus Christ. So for us believers, we believe in God in advance, having learned the truth out of grace, and doing good because of our love for Christ!

Luke 2:10 But the angel said to them, Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people."

The Gospel means good news. If even one person is not saved, then it is not good news for everyone. The Gospel for the world means that all flesh will receive salvation from Jesus Christ!

Amen and amen, CHRISTIAN universalism is the onLy logic-root word logos. Jesus is God?s pattern, prototype, ?firstborn of all creation?.. Which God created all else through and with. He is the foundation of the temple and what it is God is creating (the kingdom.. quote - The lion will eat straw like the ox, the bear will graze with the cow, Isaiah 11:7. There will be no end to the peace, Isaiah 9:7 (because all will be fully inoculated against straying/imperfection? Opposite of God, who is life and is perfect..

I find that I oftentimes look back at a lot of Universal Reconciliation verses in the Bible whenever I have to talk to someone who does not believe in it as a source of comfort.   :cloud9:

With so many people who do not believe in UR out in the world, I find myself looking at these verses very frequently anyways, so I figured, I might as well post them online for others to find comfort in too!  :dsunny:

Hmmm... Roger Tuttle.... interesting. I will have to search for them when I have the time. I remember there being other forums like the Evangelical Universalist forum https://forum.evangelicaluniversalist.com/ that I read in the past. John 1:9 "The true light that gives light to every man was coming into the world"

Oh, and I almost forgot, the Verse of the Day! While I may sometimes forget things, God never forgets. Especially His promises He makes to us, His beloved creation. The truth will be shown to every man in the world!

What is the truth? God is truth! God's will is true! He never lies! This shows that God will be with everyone in Heaven because Christ will save all people!

James 2:13 "Mercy triumphs over judgment"

Some critics use verses from James to falsely show that your good works alone are what saves you. But rather, it is faith alone in Jesus Christ, through grace, that saves us. We do good works because we?ve been saved, because we love God. Like fruits bearing from a tree. So eventually, all people will do good and be turned to righteousness. We have all done bad works, we are all sinners, so therefore we must all be saved together.

Psalm 145:17 "The Lord is righteous in all his ways and faithful in all he does.

Everything that God does is good! If God does not save people, then that is not good. Therefore, God will save all people. He will do good in every way. He will always be faithful to us. He promised us, through Jesus Christ, that all of mankind will see salvation. He will not break that promise, because He is faithful in everything!

Gen. 12:3 "All peoples on earth will be blessed through you."

Right from the beginning, it was God's plan all along to save everyone. A person can not be blessed if they are not saved. Yet, the Bible clearly says that everyone will blessed. Thus, everyone will receive salvation.

Zephaniah 3:15 The Lord hath taken away thy judgments,
he hath cast out thine enemy:
the King of Israel, even the Lord, is in the midst of thee:
thou shalt not see evil any more.

One of the less referenced Bible books, but still nonetheless important. It?s amazing to see how, no matter what book is used, God?s message of Universal Salvation exists through all of them. He promises to us that all evil will no longer be seen, thus showing that everyone will be made to be good. God does not waste. He created us in His image, He will save everyone and make all people righteous.

Titus 2:11 For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people,

An extremely clear and straight forward message. We are all saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. As simple and direct to the point as it gets!

Ephesians 1:10 As a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth.

Unite is a keyword here. Everyone will be together in Heaven, as He planned out since the beginning because he loves us. All people are sinners, but out of grace, He will bring us all together into salvation.

Psalm 30:5 For his anger is but for a moment, and his favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning.

This is extremely important. God?s anger only lasts for a single fleeting moment! When God is correcting our sins, that will only last a temporary amount of time. Afterwards, we will be safe with God for all of life. While on Earth, all of humanity may be suffering, eventually, this pain will end and everyone will be happy!

1 Corinthians 15:22-28 All will be made alive in Christ, but each in his own turn and ultimately Christ will subdue all his enemies, eliminate death and God will be all in all.

All in all! The wages of sin are death! Everyone is a sinner therefore everyone dies. But, Christ loves us and will completely remove death. There will be no more suffering for anyone! Everyone will be with Christ, every person on the Earht will be alive through salvation!

Isaiah 54:13 "All your children shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be the peace of your children"

Everyone is the child of one person. No matter what, everyone alive has been birthed by someone else. Thus, this includes everyone. God will teach everyone righteousness and save everyone!

Direct and straight to the point! God?s salvation is for every person on the Earth!

John 1:29 NIV ?The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, ?Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!?

In the Old Testament, sacrificial lambs were used to cover the sins of people, such as the one the Jewish people put over their door frames to avoid the plagues sent to Egypt. Now, Jesus Christ is that sacrifical lamb, but not just for the Jewish people, but for all people in the world. We are all God?s creation in His likeness. Everyone in the world is a sinner, but Jesus will take away all the sin through mercy. All people will be saved through Him.

Hebrews 9:26 ?He has put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself?

All sin has been removed from the world. Everyone?s sins will be forgiven as everyone will come to see Christ as the Lord! Then, everyone will be in Heaven.

1 Corinthians 15:22 "In Christ shall all be made alive"

No longer will there be any death. No more suffering, for anyone. Everyone will have happiness in Heaven be believing in Christ! God is not a liar, therefore, this will come true!

Luke 19:10: "For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost."

Everyone in the world is lost, for we have all sinned against God. But God specifically save Jesus Christ to save all of us who are lost, which is the whole world.

Luke 15:4: "What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he has lost one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the open country, and go after the one that is lost, until he finds it?"

This is absolute assurance that God will save everyone. Even if one person is viewed by the world as extremely evil, God does not discriminate. We have all sinned and therefore God sees us all as sinners. Thus, God will save everyone.

John 3:17: "God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world be saved through Him."

God would not send Jesus to save the world if He knew beforethat that the world could not be saved. God planned out from the beginning to save everyone and He will accomplish it through His Son, Jesus Christ.
