From someone's idea of "how to help people come to Christ" I guess;  just saw a meme on facebook.  It's the picture of a man's head on fire, partly decomposed, with the following;

1) It is a place of inescapable torment  Luke 16:23
2) It lasts forever  Rev. 14:11
3) There is no escape  Matthew 25:46
4) You didn't have to go  II Peter 3:9

I wonder, no one wants to be tortured forever! Who the heck likes pain?

They don't want their wicked acts revealed, but that is far different then being tortured and killed. And what if the person wanted God in hell? Why would God not accept their plea?

Love truly turns someone to God, not fear. Fear may be a short term tool God uses, but only fear will never produce a loving person, quite the opposite.

  It is all a matter of perspective , Like Jugg said , its mans carnal mind  and reasoning , I call it stinking thinking .

Because it is in no wise the righteousness of GOD   working , But a stench in His nostrils .. and mark of the beast  the great  harlot of the earth rides  upon  , you cannot buy  this line of   thought or  sell it   or trade it   without  all   manner  opinions  , creating   an image of an ogre  god  in the minds eye  of the fearful and unbelieving , yet innocent  and simple .

  I would say the man with the burning head  is more of the sign of the  Holy Spirit  and fire  and the partly decomposed  head is the  becoming dead to the world  and not a bad thing  , it is what will be changed after all, by the truth  and knowledge of God , as the dead  to the world  and  dead  in Christ [rooted and grounded in the LOVE OF GOD ] rise first as the deadly wound  was /is /and will be healed .[ King Neb  of Babylon  was cut down all  but the root system  was left in the earth  for us to believe   in GODS power over  ALL  the people ALL the time ]

Babylon  captures her prey /little lambs with   fear and you must buy what they are selling  and  eat what they  provide  and share what they are  marketing  and  in the mean time    they have no fear of GOD  which is  the beginning of  true Wisdom   and   you Must put God first    but the leaders [ under satan's authority ]   is working  though  them    are   rebellious  and consider themselves first  ,and  are full of PRIDE  , that Jezebel spirit   that false prophet  image   that buys and trades  and sells  salvation to the innocent  and trusting that Christ is here or low there  , deceiving  their  victims  though  lies of the devil    :sigh:


  But if  one is humbling themselves and casting out all evil thoughts that are not pleasing to God be praying for healing and asking the Lord to rebuke any thought that is not pure and of Him out of our  hearts , every prideful and bitter or foul spirit of hatred , judgement or condemnation on anyone ! healing the land / Body soul and spirit   .

GOD IS THE PERFECT JUDGE and judges His people in all righteousness and according to their ways , taking every thought captive to Christ 2 Corinthians 10:5(NLT)
5 We destroy every proud obstacle that keeps people from knowing God. We capture their rebellious thoughts and teach them to obey Christ.

I do believe the  Father is  uncovering all the hidden evil , pride of life  and exposing  hearts big time right now  .
 
proverbs 21   all of it NLT 21 Just as water is turned into irrigation ditches, so the Lord directs the king's thoughts. He turns them wherever he wants to.

2 We can justify our every deed, but God looks at our motives.[You are those whom justify yourselves before mankind but God knows your hearts motive ]

3 God is more pleased when we are just and fair than when we give him gifts.

4 Pride, lust, and evil actions are all sin.

She  in proverbs   2  to me is the soulish woman unchaste of the Lord   and unfaithful  to GOD   , making the captive  mankind bow down to her ways of thinking and teaching  and two fold the children of torment .

Solomon knew all to well   the corruption   she brought to his house  and marked it well in the Proverbs  testimony
   the same spirit is in all the ages and generations   to watch out for from the beginning .   She makes you think you need her to  be near God but she is an abomination   in His sight ........ and to come out of her my people unless you receive her plagues    , that is the torment and  confusion  of every evil working against God  and blasphemes  His  Holy name  in darkness , ignorance and  in  the  light , knowing better and continues to rebel .
 
  Says the wrath of God will be finished up  and found in her  double as  the  body of death .    in the old earth[ physical  and spiritual ] and heaven [mind/heart  spiritual &physical ] twice dead  as doubled  and destroyed  .  old soul &  old spirit of Adams curse [adam is both male and female]   as Eve come out of Adams side , So shall  the  new bride come out of Christs side . as  They . as ONE  have  risen  first   & come down from heaven   TRUE CHURCH,[ not made with any human effort ]  and dwell with us in the new heavens and earth .  as I can believe  and  tell it .

  the Day  of the LORD  is described in Revelation  1:10  Being in the Spirit  and not in the flesh thinking .  when all these things will happen ......
I do believe they are  happening now  and   the Holy Spirit   is waking up many  whom sleep in the dust   as our old earthly  man and kingdom ruled by  evil  reveals CHRIST  coming in power  .
  We must draw our strength  to endure   from the Lord  Jesus Christ  right now  and not  loose heart , for He alone is faithful as promised  from long ago .
Nothing can keep us from the love of God , not powers and principalities in high places , He  will bring them all low as every knee will bow and tongue will confess the Lord Jesus Christ is  whom He says He is , even those whom have pierced Him will confess Him ........

some people do actually like pain !.....weird people like sado- masochists.....so hell wouldnt be hell for them, perhaps

I was talking to someone just last weak about why people cut themselves, the response was to redirect their focus, that when they can focus on the physical pain it takes away from the pain of the struggles in the heart and mind between their thoughts or emotions, and that the cutting, just like any drug, is an escape from the struggles going on inside of them.

one pain for another pain, which I believe becomes a vicious circle.  :sigh:

Good Lord! Such an incompetant God.. can't help but lose 3/4's of humanity and 1/3 of His angels..

  I have considered the Holy Spirit and fire  as the baptism/ to be dipped into both  repeatedly by the Lord Jesus Christ
  just as the Holy Spirit with water baptism  was how  it was done  till one comes to Christ ,done  by the  FATHER

I can also see   this in a  persons mind , if the mind is dry land  and must be wetted  to take seed , though  trial and error .

  and can see how   the mind of Christ is the judgment of burning off the "clutter"  bad  and hindering things  to make  the true stand  upright or the lifting up of Jesus Christ as the true headship and authority 
   gathered into Christ  body as the promised land  of old  it is a living thing that can never die .

but fulfills all things the Father  desires  though the Son , by Him and for Him and though Him  are all things reconciled to GOD and made alive   and new from  or though death of the old that are pershing though the using of such.laws or ordinances decrees  .
  mankind sees it as a bad thing but God uses everything for the good  in the end , but most do not see the end , because  they can only see the end of themselves . not the  greater things He has done  or doing  already , just the suffering they know and understand , needing to ask  HIM  for more faith  , the irrevocable  gifts of God  and hope and love that fulfills  everything that remains tested and true .

  mindful of the things of men  and not God , I can even see this as a failure to give God the glory , because it is salvation by GOD though Jesus Christ  and all that is being gathered into Christ already  making it the HOLY SPIRIT /WITNESS of  truth

Amen, perfection is still the reality! He is on the Throne.. He IS ruling. Because He "is perfect" we can trust that He does all things perfectly! Every single thing He does, and every single thing that He allows (collectively) is in order to bring about the very best 'end' result of all this - this wayward road. There being just the 2 roads? Life with Him, as on the throne/love ruling which is the road of life. Or the other road which is not life and cannot lead to life.. He being Life (what else would be the life force and spark of life?) And He "is perfect" makes imperfection to be the opposite of life.. and is that wrong road.. He's building a huge detour! The first one.. in Adam, He engineered and we all travel that wrong road.. Every one of us, of every generation and from every nation (and time) upon that great day of the great white throne judgment.. will have their own witness and testimony of how utterly it fails. (In our own individual life.. and collectively). All those stories of history really nailing down the Truth to all.. That He is God. He is writing "life" on every heart. And love, they being the same thing -- Him. :dsunny:
