Yet more U.R./C.U. in God's Word -

Romans 5:12 ...just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin..

John 6:33 For the Bread of God.. ...comes down from heaven and gives life to the world."

[Romans 5:12 - Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, so also death was passed on to all men, because all sinned. John 6:33 - For the bread of God is the One coming out of heaven and giving life to the world.

The whole chapter of course is FULL of universal reconciliation.. but verse 19 is another verse which compares Adam and Jesus using the phrase "the many".

Just as Adam's disobedience made the many to be sinners (and thus death spread to all) in the same way, by Jesus' obedience, the many, will be made righteous.

And the previous verse is just as clear - http://biblehub.com/interlinear/romans/5-18.htm

Elsewhere too it says the gift (as opposed to the curse) "abounds" as compared to the fall.. but that may be just a version saying it that way :dontknow: I cant remember where it's at or how it says it..

:Chinscratch: isn't there a verse saying grace much more abounds..? it's verse 20, lol.. It says where sin abounded, grace overabounded..
....Romans 5, very much a UR chapter.

Paul, and all his fellow Apostles, were teaching how great, merciful and victorious Jesus was/is.

That's macro scale (almost) all Christians agree with Jesus was successful.

But on a micro scale people get bogged down on word meanings and try to twist those words without exception in such a way that the success of Christ is minimized as much as possible.
1 Timothy 2:3-4  ...God our Savior;  Who will have all men to be saved...
John 12:47  And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.
Romans 4:5 But to the one who does not work, but believes in the one who declares the ungodly righteous ...

That is  just it, '' truth '' , has many meanings to the   hearer   Bro   T  .

And  we all are limited to Gods  power

It is like trying to put God in a box . :sigh:

If you look past the  whole universe  and even  beyond  and even past time and space  , with imaginations   and strong desire   we still cannot fathom  all of it   with   the possible GOD .

That is impossible  with a tiny breath  and speck of dust  , that all humanity was formed from , just God speaking it  into being .

It is only By the Holy Spirit  teaching us  by Gods grace  that we can even begin to grow in truth and grace  as God allows .

None can go past what God has given  them to know .

, It really is Jesus Christ whom is that door and entry way   to the unknown  , being  the revealing  or revelation of Jesus Christ and all that  is   Opened  though His judgement  and flaming Sword  /Word & Spirit  at this time ..

To Know Him is to love Him   , many do not  love Him or know Him fully yet  100%  , we can only taste Gods goodness  now as much as HE   ALLOWS us to taste  the tree of Life    and its fruits .

We have to grow into it by HIS  increase or addition, especially one of a series on a fixed scale  and measured with   Jesus Christ  standard    being the cross  forgiveness    of sins and not to continue   in these lusts /errors .

Missing out on an abundant Life in Christ .

Paul  left death behind him   totally     from that cross  of Jesus Christ  and raced to   LIFE     from Life   in Christ   from his own road  from Damascus  as resurrected  and a new creature  in Christ      , preaching the good news of the gospel , it was his lot    to make up for all the death   he left behind him   at his own cross   , from Saul to Paul .a new name  and     a new way of  Life in Christ and suffering for doing  good   and not evil any longer   and knowing the difference  of what fruit  of his doings was  , exchanging   death and darkness  for Light and Life  ..

This is a pattern   to tasting Gods goodness  though the grace given and  letting Love rule the  heart  and learning to hate evil  in any form and knowing  what evil does   ,  PAUL  did not realize  what evil he was doing in his darkness    but when the LIGHT come   he began to know what righteousness   was    , it was   the power  of MERCY   over death    .

and How LOVE  is the end result   and   the truth sets us free   our hope in in the end result being   LOVE rules  and reigns  100%    to be honest on a  percentage range    we cannot know where we are measuring  in  at , 30 fold , 60  fold 100 fold

hun·dred·fold. Use hundredfold in a sentence. adverb. Hundredfold is defined as 100 times as much. When you have one bunny and then you have 100 bunnies, this is an example of a time when the number of bunnies increased a hundredfold.

But God knows   the end from the beginning   because it is all from His hand / power to do it , as we obey His voice   and forgive  70 x 7  and Love anyways   and LIVE   :2c:
Jesus is the reward  !!
