William Tapley has a new video out stating that we have to keep our eyes open on 9/11. It is likely that God will give America one final warning before we are burned with fire in one hour as prophecy predicts. I have read about solar flares coming that might damage some electrical grids this weekend. I wonder if some utilities/telecom companies were given a heads up from NASA about this, and they made an announcement to their clients to suggest the outage was planned so that folks wouldn't panic.

the article I read about the planned outages..was that people had recieived notices from
thier isp about 'down for maintenance' and questioned the wisdom of it on 911 during a
terror 'watch/alert" and that looking into it..they discovered a great many of the people in
many areas had received the notice. I wandered if the 'tent' had recieved such a notice,too.

I don't nothing about an outage but I think such a thing is never planned because of the simple fact that it costs the ISP/telco's money.
