:cloud9: They've seen Christ in varying degrees for the last 2 days or 2000 years, in a many membered body. The end of this journey is that the FATHER will be seen in a many membered Christ this time, as He is represented in the Holy of Holies, with Christ. But first we go thru Christ, represented as the inner court realm. Mediator is as middle, middle of the tabernacle is the inner court. Blessings.....
Are you saying they will see the Father through the manifested sons of God?

David's tent has no middle portion, no veil..

Oh my..

7But into the second went the high priest alone once every year, not without blood, which he offered for himself, and for the errors of the people:

8The Holy Ghost this signifying, that the way into the holiest of all was not yet made manifest, while as the first tabernacle was yet standing:

9Which was a figure for the time then present, in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices, that could not make him that did the service perfect, as pertaining to the conscience;

:cloud9: Yes, because the the middle portion is representative of Christ in us, the earnest of our inheritance. Earnest there means portion, the priest's portion is God Himself. It's Jesus/outer court, Christ/inner court, Lord/Holy of Holies.

It's not because Christ is done away with, but rather His work is done, and so sits at the right hand (which is Spirit) of the Father, IN US.

Look at this;

In the beginning was the Word/outer court
and the Word was with God/inner court/Emmanuel, God with us
and the Word WAS GOD/Holy of Holies, God is in Christ in us, reconciling all men unto Himself

Having surrendered His kingdom to the Father (the kingdom is in us), He RESTS, and now His purpose (in us) is fulfilled, because we cannot have the Son without the Father, nor the Father without the Son. He came to show us the way to the Father, but no man has at any time seen the Father and lived, but IN CHRIST, we shall see the Father.
Christ has life to give (His) and life everlasting (the Father's). This is where the glorified body comes in at, for Christ was not glorified until He went to the Father. Blessings....

But of course!  I see that now!!  "That's" why the candlestick is placed where it is  . . and Jesus was "in the midst" of the candlestick.  "He" is the centerpiece of the Tabernacle . .which is all patterned after Him in the first place.  Perhaps we then could say the candlestick is the "heart" of Christ that illuminates the bread, that nourishes and leads us into worship, which causes us to then enter in to the very heart of God.

:cloud9: AMEN. And let's go a little further. The candlestick is as Christ in us; when we raise holy hands unto the Lord, we are standing as that candlestick before all men. To raise the hands means no work, the Holy Ghost does the works. I was stunned once when I had a vision of the candlestick in me as I was praying with hands lifted at a bible study. This is how I came to this revelation. Our raised arms are as the branches.

I was asking Him what He wanted to do that night, and He told me to pray for each one at a time, and He was going to give each of them a "house" blessing; house, as in the house or family of God. In the natural, when someone would come to someone's house, they would allow them to wash their hands, face and feet. He washes (with the Word that comes, both natural literal letter and the Word that is Spirit) and thereby changes, our hands/works, face/nature, and feet/walk. And He did just that; He gave each one a word that was pertinent to them.

We are/were meant to be a body ministry, where EVERY joint is capable of supplying that which is needed. It was never intended to be a one man show, as it was corrupted. There were FIVE pillars that stood before the entrance of the inner court/realm of the priesthood, that they had to pass thru (as well as curtains or veil).

ALL the PRIESTS, had to pass thru them. Five speaks of the number of His grace, of which we have ALL received, and further, the FIVE fold ministry gifts are NOT the people, but the gifts ARE CHRIST, apportioned as the Holy Ghost that does the works of these FIVE, as in, thru this same Spirit, but diversities thereof. And as we grow in Christ, or as Christ grows in us, different gifts are manifested. Ever notice Paul mentions himself as more than one, in different parts of scripture? He too, was growing into the full measure of the stature of Christ.

With the ministry that I was part of, it always seemed like God was bringing us all 5 fold. We thought that it was because He was using us to raise up leaders, LOL. It wasn't until He sent us to another church, and He revealed 5 fold in all of them, that I began to question, what is going on here? They can't ALL be 5 fold can they? Then He gave me the above revelation, and I saw for the first time what was wrong with the pattern in the churches. I had been saying for 2 years at this point, I don't know what it is, but there is something wrong with the pattern. I had NO clue, LOL.

But David (a type of shepherd/pastor) desired a wife/soul that was not his to take, and he was willing to murder her husband to keep her. This is why David could not build the tabernacle, because his hands were bloody, not from war, but from taking what was not his to take. This is one reason why we are to pray for our "leaders", because this sin has befallen them, as He knew it would. They are not allowing Christ to raise up in them (coming to 5 fold maturity/supplying that which is needed) and take His bride/soul, but are joined to them, themselves. Blessings....

When I first came into the realization that Christ was in the holy place and not the holy of holies, I noticed that it is here, where the ministry of the priests had also been established, that the church itself is positioned.  It's not in the 3rd dimension but only the second.  I see this to say that the church, when hitting on all spiritual cylinders, is the Gate of pearl that ushers the family into the kingdom of heaven.  Which means, the church "should" be in the ministry of maturing the saints from 1st dimensional relationship, into the 2nd . .which they seem to have down all to well . . .and then instead of creating a ministry position for those "still" hungry for more, the church "should" be ushering them into the next level of relationship. . .instead they are denying them at the entrance.

But that's how I see the church being in the holy place . .their purpose is to assist others into the heart of God . . . the day is coming when this will be realigned to the proper order that God originally intended . .and when the realignment comes . .watch out . .all heaven is going to break loose on earth!!!

I announced this morning in our service that next Saturday I have to attend a divisional pastors quarterly meeting with all the Pastors that were present when I got roasted religiously last October.  One of our members commented that perhaps the denomination should consider renaming the meeting to something other than "divisional" . . .beings that the message is about unification rather than division . .then someone else stated that they then should also consider renaming the word "denomination" as it has the same definitions as divisional.  In that it means "dividing of the nations".  Thought I'd throw in a little levity there.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
:cloud9: CHRIST IS the holy place; we are to assist them with seeing they must be baptized INTO HIM. Being baptized into Him is being baptized in His name/nature/Spirit, not just mouthing some words, as it is in most churches. The true church therefore, which is not made with hands, cannot enter into the Holy Place, but are in the outer court still, until this happens. Everything in there, though we have it positionally/doctrinally, must be appropriated through the Spirit, which is Christ.

I have just had this very experience with my nightmare/disaster Bible study at a local church.  Conclusion:  the teachers are keeping the students in the outer court.  They won't let them inside, as revealed by their treatment of me, which is fear and loathing lol. Every time I open my mouth the teachers move to silence me. Their last suggestion to me was this was just a little study and maybe I would be happier with a seminary course. :mshock:

We're studying the book of Hebrews--that's the 'little study.'

The book of Revelation is both symbolic and factual, metaphor and reality, natural and spiritual.
I had to do a double take as to who wrote that . . .it's what I'm saying exactly.  I'll go so far to tell you  that it doesn't stop with Revelation.  The entire Bible is that way . . .it's in dimensions.  The basic three . .for me, are . .natural, moral, and spiritual.  1st, 2nd, and 3rd . . they to line up with the tabernacle.

The 1st dimension is the natural story in every verse in every line.  There really was a Goliath, there really was a David . . . natural people, natural story, 1st dimension.  The outer court of the tabernacle is also 1st dimensional in relationship to God.  The altar of sacrifice and laver both deal with the infancy stages of our relationship to Christ.  Introductory to salvation by way of the altar of sacrifice . . .and the washing of the water through baptistm of the laver . . .both are illuminated by the "natural" light of the sun.

2nd dimension with David and Goliath is the moral value or the lesson of the story . .we all have felt at one time or another that we've had to face a giant in our live and if it were not for the complete trust in the Lord, we'd never have the confidence or energy to slay any giant ever.  Great application, but it's only 2nd dimension.  It'll give you a lift, but only for a time . . .moral application is pretty much a temporary fix.

The inner court of the tabernacle is where the priests were required to participate in the activities required to keep the temple going.  Someone had to grow the olives, someone had to mash them into oil, someone had to store the oil, someone had to fill the little pots in the lampstand to keep the fire going.  Someone had to bake the loaves of bread, keep the wine full and someone had to gather the specific ingredients for the altar of incense.  Someone had to measure and grind the ingredients, someone had to keep the burning incense going . . .this room was not lit by natural light, but by cultivated light through the light of the candlestick.

The third dimension . . in the tabernacle . . .was after passing through the third of three veils . . one at the entrance of the outer court, the second enters into the holy place, and the third is between the holy place and the holy of holies.  In this place, there is the ark . . .the mercy seat where God resided.  The only light in this room was the light of God's glory . . .totally spiritual all the way.  Men were required only to sprinkle blood on this once a year . .otherwise, no one was allowed to enter in it ever.

The third dimension to Goliath . .this is where it gets crazy for me . .I love staying in these rooms that do this. . .Goliath has 6 fingers, 6 toes, his spear weighs 6 cubics . . the number of man . .it's not the mark of the "beast" unless you see that the mark of the beast is simply the mark of man . .carnality.  Goliath was clothed in brass . . .brass is the same thing that the outer court articles are made of . .it's a sign for judgment.

40 days Goliath taunted Israel but never actually advanced on them . . .there's a reason for that, I'll get to that in a sec.  But TO ME . .I know, many are going to say "testing" but I still like 40 as maturing, birthing . .because Romans 1:20 is one of the huge keys for following patterns. It states God uses natural things to reveal spiritual truth . . .he uses signs and symbols . .sorry Molly . . .I'm not trying to start a fight, but that's what it does say.  Anyway, it takes 40 weeks for a woman to go from conception to birthing . . .with that little scale . . .when you overlay it with whatever the circumstances are in Scripture dealing with the number 40 . . .a really cool pattern forms.

Israel was not being tested by Goliath . .they were being taunted.  Noah was not being tested by the flood, he was being saved.  Israel was not being tested when Moses went up the mountain, they were being stupid.  And Israel was not being tested during the 40 years in the wilderness . . .they were being disciplined for their rebellion.  I could go on and on . . .But when you look at it from a birthing perspective . .you'll see that the 40 years in the wilderness birthed a nation with a promise land.  The 40 days on the mountain birthed the law . . .broken before delivered, and patterning after another conversation between Taf and H . . .twice spoken . .two covenants . . .hmm . . anyway, Jesus in the wilderness . . .birthed his ministry and purpose on the earth . . .Jesus on the earth 40 days after the resurrection birthed the true church . .before it became deformed into what it is . . .was . .. it's going through metemorphis as we speak.

And the 40 days of taunting by a giant produced a king . . .it was the day David emerged from his own wilderness.

So, Goliath is a picture of the carnal man . . .David steps into a stream . . .the spirit . . and selects 5 . .the number of grace . . .stones . . . not cut by human hands . .they were "smooth" stones . . stones that could fly straight as they traveled through the air. . .Christ, the cornerstone whose way is straight and narrow and few can see it.  So this stone is powered by a man with an anointing . .that would be you. . .and through the spirit of anointing, this stone is accurately directed at the head of the giant . .not just the head, but the "forehead".  It's a picture of Christ penetrating the mind of the carnal man . . .which used to be us . . right?

The first thing that happens is, this giant collapses to the earth . . .because that's his place of origin, the natural, the carnality, the common logic . . and there he lays . .but that's not enough . . . David has to remove this head . . .this is where you come in . . .you need to lose your mind.  Your head must be severed from your body because you may be the body of Christ, but you, nor I am the head.  So the head must be removed and what is it removed with?  Ah, the sword and every breathing believer is quick to tell you that your sword is your Bible . . .not so fast.  Your sword is the Word of God . . ..that doesn't mean it's your Bible only.  But yes, the Word of God is what separates the head from the body.

Here's the kicker though . . . it is not my place to take my sword and use it against you. . .to prove you wrong . . nor am I to use it to prove I'm right.  Egad . . .this is what frustrates me most . . .it's not the sword that's the problem, it's our use of it . .our interpretations and applications.  My interpretation of the Word is not what separates your mind . . .nor is it my application against you.  It is HIS WORD that does the separating and it's to be applied . . .If I'm the one using the Word as a sword . .it's not to be applied to you in that manner . .I'm not to use my Bible to cut your head off . . .I'm to let the Spirit cut MY head off.

That "weapons of warfare" thing . . .it's not about bringing down the strongholds in others, it's to bring down the strongholds IN ME . . MY imaginations . .every high thing IN ME that exalteth itself above God proclaiming itself as God.  And there is where we part our ways from the traditionalists when reading Scripture.  Yes, it's the inspired word of God for building up and tearing down and reproofing and all of that . .but not against each other . . .I'm to apply it TO ME.

I personally no longer preach on the armor of God either . . .I believe that day for battle has come and gone  . . . I believe that my spirit has truly heard the sound of a trumpet blast, not calling me to war, but calling me to rest . . not the action of rest, but to the person of rest.  and in HIM I have laid my sword down and let it be transformed into a plowshare . . .no more sparring . . .only planting.  Share what I see . . .no intention to defend what I believe . . we've seen enough Peter's cutting of the ears of the religious servants . . . it's time to let my lion (mind) lay (marry) with my Lamb (spirit.)

So, to recap all that . . yes there are more than just one way to read the Scripture.  Here's how I sum it up.

"Know" the historic truth.
"Apply" the moral value (TO YOU)
"Pursue" the Spiritual meaning.

3 dimensions, bring them together . .and now, you have a house that God built.

:cloud9: Wasn't here in August, so missed this gem. Again, so true.

As per the 5 polished stones, He showed me they are the 5 fold as perfected in Him, and they become one in the Master's hand, and AS the master's five fingers.

He also showed me something within Peter cutting the ear off the servant. They were the High Priest's servants. There is only one High Priest and ever has been; the natural was a shadow of the True. The servants are His and they come to take the flesh of Him away. Peter, not comprehending this, attempts to prevent it, by cutting off the "ear" that received this task. The Lord restores it, because it is necessary to the plan, and He, after all, plants the hearing ear (smile). Blessings....

I'm not usually one to toot my own horn . . but after your comment . . I reread that whole thing again and  . . .other than it being long . . . it really is a great explanation of many things that have been argued against on other threads lately.  May God truly open our eyes to his grace and mercy so that we all can experience what it's like to walk in the maturity of his truth so we can begin reproducing life into each other instead of religion.

Blessings.
