Yeah, it's too bad the same references that give you the origin of the word "hell" also give you the bogus church definition which has nothing to do with the actual original meaning. The Old English word "hell" was used to translate the Greek "hades," literally "un-perceived," in the King James Version. Unfortunately the King James Version also used the word "hell" to translate the Greek "geenna" twelve times which makes it obvious that it was an intentional mistranslation. "Gehenna," the correct translation of the Greek "geenna," is the ravine used as the city dump of Jerusalem where dead bodies of executed criminals were burned as they will be in the coming eon, but it has been intentionally confused with "hell" to perpetrate the lie of torture in fire forever in "hell." The "lake of fire" is obviously not "hell" because "hell" will be cast into the "lake of fire" (Revelation 20:14-KJV).

I think only mortals will die "the second death" because only they are subject to death. That's why scripture only says the Adversary, the wild beast, and the false prophet will be tormented for the eons of the eons (Revelation 20:10). I believe these three supernatural beings are included in the "all" who are reconciled with God through Christ (Colossians 1:20).
