Along those lines is a Bible compiled by E.W. Bullinger, called "The Companion Bible". It contains a tremendous appendex with alot of notes about the structure of the Bible.
Although it is in the "Authorized Version" of the KJB, the notes and appendex make it very discernable to the average student.
