Hi all. I believed in 'eternal punishment in hell' for many years till the Truth flooded my soul...the more I learn about 'the Blessed Hope' the more enthralled I am about Jesus and the more I love Him..now I worship God out of love, not fear, as I used to much of the time.I am saddened that so many (apparently ) believe that God, our loving Father, will torment precious human beings forever, unendingly, without relief or pity.God is not a heartless tyrant...I wish people would stop misrepresenting Him as such (mind you, I was the same so I cannot be too hard on them, I suppose)...I am very grateful to this website for spreading the truth of Universal Reconciliation, the Wonderful Good News that Jesus died and rose again to save ALL..that He loves ALL...that NOBODY is beyond reach of His love and mercy.Yes, God judges sin but His judgments are corrective in nature not vindictive.I look forward to making my humble contributions to this wonderful website. God bless.

" mind you, I was the same so I cannot be too hard on them!"
I.M.O this is part of learning to help us appreciate the truth. The tree of knowledge of good versus evil had some fruit which was eaten; this seems to be our experiences of life teaching us right from wrong. You have been blessed to be made aware of the reality of Christ's work setting us free from the bondage to the law.
As you said, cannot judge others, but can learn from the mistakes and appreciate God more and more.
The real truth sets us free.
