hello everyone...
My name is James and I'm new to this forum.
Even though every church I've ever been to has preached or believed in the doctrine of hell, i believe the holy spirit has always led me to not fully accept that belief.
Even as a youngster, the scriptures that state Jesus is the savior of all mankind were very apparent. I asked question after question to baptist and other similar pastors on the subject. Yet no one ever had an even remotely adequate answer.
For most of my teenage years and my early adult life, I just said "well I can't believe in God, if that's the way it is... just doesn't add up". But, about a month ago, I really started searching for God. I never knew that there were other people that believed that Jesus Christ died for and will save everyone...
I'll get into more of my story later. Just wanted to introduce myself a bit.
Gary and the other people that contribute to this site do a great job! I really love the articles on how to study the bible and what is the best bible translation... Great Work!
Anyway, just want to thank God for everything he's done in my life and I look forward to talking with you all...
