Glad to find a forum with like minded believers. I was raised as a Catholic but had a personal conversion at age 28. Since that time
I had various "church experiences" but the things the Lord revealed to me just seemed to conflict with their teachings. Still I tried to fit in but I was always led out and finally decided to share through the internet and give up trying to fit in. I'm not a newbie since I am 67 years old. I was just not the fastest to come to the understanding the great error in mainstream Christian churches.
Looking to enjoy the fellowship with others that are likeminded.

After a long journey, welcome here, to the Tent! :gimmefive: :friendstu:
:welcome: from an oldster
Welcome, He1myheart!
I can't access all my signs for this site, since I downloaded an update, so I can't wave the welcome sign for you.
But, know I am glad to see you. I am relatively new myself. I find this is a wonderful website. The people here are very pleasant. The exchange of ideas is always flowing and interesting. I have learned a lot in my short time.
Enjoy and be blessed!

:welcome: From a young guy only 65. :laughhand: I too was terribly slow to learn spiritual things, at least it seemed to me. And when the truth of the salvation of all was revealed to me, one of my first thoughts was, why me? But it has changed my life and is still changing, I think because now at last I have no doubts about the Father's caring for me and has a purpose for showing me these things which will become clearer in due time.
Thank You to all that welcomed me! I think this site has lots of great folks and so much information. I wish I had found this place years ago but evidently God knew when the time was right.
It's nice to be able to share the things God gives with each other in an place of Love instead of Judgement.
I missed this the first time! Welcome!! :hiya: ..another youngster here! :laughing7: turned 60 a few months back.. Time sure flies!!
The thing that really nailed it down for me, even tho I never really believed in 'hell', etc, was 2 questions my son asked 17 years ago - "why was the tree of knowing good and evil in the garden?" and "isn't it great we get to be an ant farm!" (oiye!) I wasn't satisfied w/ my answers so i prayed about them and wow. answers knocked my socks off and they're still knocked off. The conclusion I most ended up with was "God can only be perfect. (Or He too would fade?) Therefor, the 'end' result of all this (life as we know it and human history) can only be the best one possible.
Welcome!! Love your name! (Wisconsinite here..)
I am far younger but I also welcome you!
Thanks Marie and Eduard,
I appreciate the kind words of welcome from you both.
Marie my daughter and son-in-law have a home in Green Bay. I'm guessing you are a Packers Fan!
Eduard...Wow you are really younger by 3 times plus! Oh how I wish I had learned these truths at that much younger age. You
truly are a blessed young man. I was showed much truth back in 1980 but had so many problems at that time and decided I was must have been wrong. I followed signs instead of my heart and paid a dear price for those mistakes. I believe God has worked it all now for Good. I finally had enough Mercy to See The Light!
Blessings,
Bob
