I'm from Kincardine, Ontario......as in CANADA!!! My husband and I live on Lake Huron....across the lake from northern Michigan! My oldest brother lives in Mico, Texas - near San Antonio. We were just there in January! My other brother lives in Longmont CO, near Boulder. We were there in '02. My sister and I have been in Ontario, Canada since '74....and I am still an american citizen.
Just today I'll be sending in my stuff to renew my passport again. I don't know why I don't get my Canadian citizenship!!?? Do I think I won't pass the test they give me? I was born and raised in India- a 3rd generation missionary kid!! I loved it (mostly)

Hey Byron, thanks for the welcome. Have you been on the forum for a while now? I was just in Texas visiting my bro David Garrison. He's a vietnam vet. Right now he's getting no fellowship.
He does do quite a bit of drinking. He married a mexican gal and right now they live on a ranch with her brother and father...so he's not completely alone. The wife and brother both work full time but he keeps the father company and work on fixing up the house and property.
The message of UR and intimate love of Father God is something we all need and David is no exception. take care brother.

I've been here since last August, and it has been a part of HUGE changes in my life. I met John (kratos) here who helped me walk through some agonizing decisions as I began speaking out about UR and losing my 20 year (church) job because of it etc.
I live out in the sticks as well - in fact directly across medina lake from your brother (about 8 miles from Mico) in Lakehills.
