Hello, I've been on Tentmaker a few times, but noticed this morning that there is a forum.  I got into the UR thing thru the Stone Kingdom ministry, but lost contact with them a long time ago...

I have been having some sharp disagreements with other Christians (and others!) over at another forum I frequent, where I try to uphold the message of Jesus, the message of the Bible.  That's life for an unconventional Christian.
Socrates taught Plato.  Plato taught Aristotle.  Aristotle tutored the son of Philip of Macedon.  This boy grew up to become Alexander the Great, largely by slaughtering a lot of people.  That's philosophy.

Jesus spoke the Truth.  He blessed the poor.  He healed the sick.  He even raised the dead.  He died on a cross for us, lived again, and came back long enough to tell us to love one another.  That's religion.

YHVH = Behold the Nail, Behold the Hand = Jesus

I hope you'll find it enjoyable and profitable enough to spend a season with us.  Not every discussion is to our own liking; but, the real God is not confined to any one persons experience.  He makes many to be members of His body.  Being here is for those that are called is my conclusion.  I've had to go with the fellowship I've been given rather than whatever I imagine I'd like.  That makes me strangely alone inside myself, even when with others.  God is in here, the unlimited expressing Himself through our limitation.
