Hello all,
My name is Marcy, I am from Indiana, PA and have been reading from this website for a while now. Even as a young child I always questioned the idea that a loving God would torture people for all eternity! What a relief to find out that I was right in questioning this awful idea! I have been doing a lot of studying over the last year and can say that the views i have held for years and the questions I have wondered about for years are being answered and changed.
My only concern has been that it is difficult to find people of like mind to fellowship with. I hope this forum will meet some of that need for me. I look forward to getting to know you. :NewB1:

Welcome. I know no one personally outside my own home who believes in the ultimate salvation of all. I have to find what things there may be in unity (Jesus is the Savior - they believe of some, I of all), I mostly worship individually, and spend time on here. Enjoy.

Hi Marcy, finding others who understand these truths is hard. It is amazing how many brick walls you run into when you try to talk to people about the Father taking care of his responsibilitiies for his children. It just doesn't make sense. Anyway, welcome to the forum.
Hey Marci, welcome to Tent, there are many in the world like those on this forum who are already in this place of wonderful freedom of truth and have broken free from the grip the religious church has on the world at large. But as you said, of all the people who have come into this freedom, to every "one" that has, there are 100 others who have not.
it's kinda good news/bad news really. It's good that there's not many churches who are in this because church structure tends to denominationalize everything and Real Truth was never meant to be segregated into any form of boundary system. Right now, the closest structure with any population to it would be places like Tent . . .but the momentum is building out there and i think the more people who trumpet the truth of life, the more people will be willing to leave the staleness of church and plug into what God is doing outside of it.
And the bad news is as you've mentioned . . . because there aren't many churches out there that formally identify themselves as part of universal beliefs, there are even fewer opportunities for people to gather together and worship the Lord in the unity of faith. But times are changing. It may take a while, but I believe with all my heart, church is getting a face lift. Her identity is changing. She's not just being tweaked, she's being demolished and rebuilt. And now, you are a part of that . . .which by the way is a "good" thing. It's what the true Gospel is all about. :bigGrin:

Hey Nathan, I'm starting to see churches that believe in the Salvation of All humankind. One i just came upon is Mars Hill Church in Michigan. That Church is giving out bumper stickers that say's Love Wins. There Pastor Rob Bell just published a book entitled. LOVE WINS: A Book about Heaven, Hell, and the fate of every person who ever lived.
This isn't a small church. 11,000 member church. This made me happy when i learned of this fact just two day's ago.
Yeah, we have a couple threads on the forum addressing that very church/pastor/book . . .Molly even posted a url that gives you the complete message he has on dvd entitled "Everything is spiritual". If you haven't seen that . . .you should, it's something I think you would benefit from greatly given your passion on such matters.
I truly believe that we're going to be seeing more of this popping up through our nation . . .God is preparing for something BIG!!!! And we're a part of it!!
