Hello all,
I first came across UR in 2004. I'll be honest and say that although there have been some very sweet moments of revelation since then, there's also struggle and confusion - so much of what I grew up believing doesn't hold up for me anymore. And yet I do have peace about studying and exploring ideas that aren't held as traditional (though Et is fully debunked for me, thankfully).
My main desire is to have a clearer picture of both Christ and the Father, and if the picture is a good one, which I think it is, to know them - seems strange to finally be focusing on that.
I don't know where I stand on many issues I see discussed, and I am here more to read than post. I've enjoyed reading through some of the discussions here and I am glad that a place like this exists to promote healthy, open discussion. I'm often evaluating what it is I think or maybe even believe; a freedom I'm learning to love since being freed of a lot of fear.
You may not hear much from me after this post - but I do a lot of reading...

New here myself...raised in small, ultra-fundamental, literalist, independent churches (it's grace I'm still alive :hammerhead:).
