Hi All,
I came to an understanding that Jesus Christ was the savior of the world probably around 8 years ago. Thanks to a Bible Chapel (open group of the Plymouth Brethren) I became more focused on Christ and saw Jesus as the only means of salvation. To me, this implied that grace was, by its very nature, boundless. Accepting Christ was secondary to Christ. And God was in Christ reconciling the world back to himself. I believed it in my heart and believed that this was the gospel of Christ that brings comfort and peace to all people. God is Love.
Shortly after that realization my 11 year old son died in an accident while playing in a school yard, next to my home, with his brothers and friend. My hope for him was and still is based solely on the sacrifice of Christ. Ever since then my quest and desire has been to know Christ for that is where I will find Tim, gathered together with all of redeemed mankind in Love, Purity and Holiness.
I have read many writings on Christian Universalism since then, and was posting on the Wider Universalist yahoo group in which I had learned much from many wonderful people. I met Gary there. But the website had no moderator and eventually got polluted with spam. Through the CUA I have met very nice brothers and sisters in the Boston area.
I enjoy this type of venue and would appreciate your fellowship. I look forward to taking advantage of the many resources Tentmaker has to offer and hope to contribute in some small way.
Have a wonderful day in Christ!

Thank you for the welcome. Isn't is great to know that nothing can separate us from the love of God.
I never seen so many smileys. I think if I needed to pick one to represent me it would be this thumbs up. He seems encouraging to others while needing a little reassurance himself.
