The Holy Ghost fire is upon me and my life and heart, my mind and soul.
It is burning away the chaff and purging out the old to make ready
for the new work that God has prepared me for in the coming times
in the great days of evil and the forces of the power of darkness
that are before us and soon shall be upon us in full strength. God has something
wonderful and magnificent for me to do for Him in those last days.

And He shall reward me for it in the riches of His glory and love.
I do not know about you but God has already reserved a place for me
on the new earth. You do know it is by invitation only?

Yes, by invitation only, but everyone in their own time.  Welcome to the Tent!
Socrates taught Plato.  Plato taught Aristotle.  Aristotle tutored the son of Philip of Macedon.  This boy grew up to become Alexander the Great, largely by slaughtering a lot of people.  That's philosophy.

Jesus spoke the Truth.  He blessed the poor.  He healed the sick.  He even raised the dead.  He died on a cross for us, lived again, and came back long enough to tell us to love one another.  That's religion.

Matthew 22:14
For many are called, but few are chosen.

The chosen is by invitation only.

Absolutely.  The Spirit must draw (helkou, "drag", Gr.).   "If I be lifted up I will helkou all men to Me."  Some now, the predestined;  the rest later, the destined.

The only way to the Father is through Jesus - by Invitation.   Some now, the ekklesia, the predestined.  The rest later, the destined, following kolasin aionois as Jesus talked about in Matthew 25:46. Literally, "eonian correction."  Then as every knee bows and every tongue confesses Jesus, while the gates of the city are open day and night, until Jesus hands the kingdom to the Father and God becomes All in all.   :dsunny:
The oldest known manuscripts agree with each other 99% of the time.  The scriptures, accurately translated, Spirit revealed - reliable.   Looking unto Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith.  Heb. 12:2
