Hi guys,
I wanted to post this....
For a year and a half now my wife and I had been waiting for her interveiw with immigration (to adjust status as a permanent resident). There were some things in the case that could have held her back(for ten years and then start all over). Our lawyer had informed us that it could be a problem and we would see how the interveiw would go. From the way the lawyer spoke the interveiw was going to be somewhat drawn out and stressful. Well we decided to move forward and leave it in God's hands, after all if God wants you somewhere, that is where he will put you .
Well the immigration official that we had been assigned was sick and did not come to work so they put us with a different person . The official asked her probably three questions about her past and that was it . The tough questions did not even come up.
I know that this happened because God was in control of the situation . From the beginning we had been planning to pay a fine but that was not even necessary.
I just wanted to take a minute and praise God. He showed us again that he doesn't do things halfway and I still can't really beleive it .Up until now I had accepted the possibility that we might have to move back to Mexico ( I lived there with her for a few months) God bless you guys
