Title: Just a small testamony.
Post by: fullarmor2 on June 27, 2010, 10:35:51 AM
I would like to share something that I can do now since learning about the Father's love for all.   I am able to have compassion towards people who mainstream religion would brand as a heretic or a "sinner who rejected Christ to the end".   I'm referring to people who led glamorous lives "in the world" , in Hollywood for example or the music industry,  whose lives ended in some tragedy at a young age.    I just read about a young woman on Wikipedia who was living life in the fast lane in Hollywood as a big porn star,  and she committed suicide at the age of 23! OMG!   I was in tears as I read about her life.   I got a glimpse of her falleness or futility and I felt the Father's  love for her and how that she is ok now.    Where as before when I was in false religion , I would have had compassion for this  women,  but it would have been a tainted compassion. Tainted with false judging or finger pointing.   But now, praise God,  I ONLY  feel Christ's love while reading about this precious woman's life!   I found myself surfing the web  for stories of people  similar to this so I could continue feeling  the Father's love regarding tragic stories like this.  Although I wouldn't recommend doing this too much unless you enjoy crying!   Besides that though, its a nice spiritual experience.  Thats the main thing. Blessings.

What an awesome thing to move a step (maybe more like a leap) towards viewing people through God's eyes.  All His children are precious and He will pursue each one until He accomplishes his purpose for them.  I love seeing people that way instead of as hopelessly condemned to hell forever.  What an awesome God he is!
