Post by: WhiteWings on June 20, 2012, 04:20:31 PM
.... what is your Biblical duty/right when:

a] you see someone that is about to kill an innocent person?

(K that might not actually be the "Biblical" reaction... but it's likely what I would do, especially if my kids were involved somehow... you don't mess with a Mama.)

If the thief dies from your sadistic pleasures  :laughing7: does that make you a killer or does it make you a murderer?

LOL I'm not planning on killing him!! Just taking him down in the easiest and most convenient way possible. Then you tie him up and/or knock him out with a frying pan. ROFLOL (If anyone hasn't seen the movie Tangled you REALLY need to LOL.)

Well I guess in that case I would be a killer? Manslaughterer or something out of self defense?

During daylight it's murder.
During night killing.

Ex 22
2 "If a thief is caught breaking in and is struck so that he dies, the defender is not guilty of bloodshed;3 but if it happens after sunrise, he is guilty of bloodshed. "
