The Shroud of Turin and Godfire

I've been reading "Report on the Shroud of Turin," by John H. Heller.  The author was a member of the STURP team which examined the Shroud some years ago, though he did not go to Turin.  Along about chapter 8 or 9 he mentioned that the image, which is on the surface of linen thread fibers, not paint, pigment or other applied color, closely resembles the pale edges of the scorch marks which it acquired in a fire.  Later, I realized that it MUST HAVE BEEN a scorch mark itself.  If God's essential nature is Fire, then God's Son's essential nature is also Fire.  I wonder if, at the moment of the resurrection, Jesus' body LIT UP and gave off a quick and very bright Light, enough to lightly scorch the facing fibers of the linen threads, leaving the Image. 

What do you think of that?  Right now, I'm thinking of the face of Moses, after he saw only God's backside.  He was obliged to wear a veil for a time...
