"That in/en the Name of Jesus every knee shall bow, of beings in Heaven, of those on the earth, and of those in the underworld, and that every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

To bow down in worship.
To cause to bow down.
To sink prostrate.
Not by perfunctory genuflections: en/in the Name of all names.
That in the name of Jesus every knee should bow (ινα εν τω ονοματ Ιησου παν γονυ καμψη).
First aorist active subjunctive of καμπτω, old verb, to bend, to bow, in purpose clause with ινα.
Not perfunctory genuflections whenever the name of Jesus is mentioned, but universal acknowledgment of the majesty and power of Jesus who carries his human name and nature to heaven.
This universal homage to Jesus is seen in Romans 8:22; Ephesians 1:20-22 and in particular Revelation 5:13.

The little koine word en = in.
If, (by the loving grace & mercy of God) you know what it is to be in Christ Jesus, the scope of the confession en the Name is clear.
en = en = en
Indeed- the literal translation of " every" makes everything for the good, ALL , a beautiful statement which removes all fear and rejection COMPLETELY.
