I just watched this documentary about fracking and it is SOO wicked! At the base of it is, Haliburton and Dick Cheney.

David Cameron (UK Prime Minister) is desperate to start fracking in the UK so they can tell Russia to buzz off. I am going to write to the British Govt and weigh in against this. At the beginning of this, there is a man who can set his tap water on fire!

Man has been given stewardship of this earth and this is yet another example of his/our wickedness. I can't judge these people, I use natural gas myself.  :sigh:

Here in Carlsbad, where a huge chunk of salt-mine ceiling may have fallen and crushed radioactive containers at the WIPP site, there are ~100 active oil wells very near to the facility.  Fracking may be implicated, and plutonium and americium have contaminated the area.  We're heading out at the end of the month...

It's small potatoes.  In the long run, I'm more worried about the radiation from Fukushima.  Three cores have melted into the ground and are lost - unrecoverable.  The Pacific Ocean (which is already dying) will have radiation pouring into it for decades.  Some are calling it a kill shot, and I can't really disagree with them.  It's a good thing the Lord is coming soon!

Yes, well, Fukushima is something I'm keeping my eye on too. It's a grim situation for sure. You may be right, it may get us in the end. I purchased a Geiger counter just to keep a check where we are. Problem is, much of Europe is still radioactive from Chernobyl.

With the situation worldwide, it may be a nuclear war that gets us. I'm looking for the lord too, I keep telling myself that I ought to be perfect by now, but I'm far from it. I really do live under the mercy of God.

Fracking like many things has it's bad side, so it also has a good side with good benefits. Maybe watching a video that was not anti fracking would help.
