    Here I am going to post corinthians 13:1-13 , so that we might
have a discussion on the message  rvealed in these verses.

True love keeps no record of wrongs- the message of hell keeps a record of every sin though of or committed.
The reality of LOVE is pointed out in 1 Cor 13.
Then add a major point made to the Ephesians;

Eph 3;19 " To know the love of Christ which SURPASSES KNOWLEDGE, that you may BE FILLED UP TO ALL THE FULNESS OF GOD."

1 Cor 13;8 " Love NEVER fails."

How do we measure that?

Amen! Not too long ago I read in a commentary how after Jesus and in the New Testament, God was revealed as "Father" and how this changed (and changes) everything! A Father.. a good father.. A wise father, the wisest. How does a loving father discipline?

As a parent, if my child hurt their friend.. their friend is crying.. What is the better way to discipline my son or daughter (whom I love)..Should I grab him, spank him soundly and toss him into his room and be done with it? ( :faint: ) Or should I point out to him the tears of his friend, whom he loves.. The sooner he realizes he's hurt his friend and feels very sorry for it, the less discipline I need to administer. If he's being insolent, I may indeed have to be more firm in my words.. And if he doesn't repent easily and right away, by all means a penalty would be called for. But if he does feel sorry right away and sufficiently, then a penalty is not needed.

For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly(of its own accord), but because of Him who subjected it, in hope(with a view towards) that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now. Ro 8


God subjected the whole creation to futility from the beginning. Form emerged from chaos by the spoken word of God (By faith we kno the worlds were framed by the word of God). Form is still emerging- the image of Christ imprinted within the whole of mankind- tat glorious liberty of the children of God- which is love. Love is the only glorious liberty. The chaos, the futility, sorts us out and brings us face to face with ourselves- it is the reason we are here, so that the darkness will become light(light shall shine out of darkness) and we will receive the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. That glory is love. God IS love.

At what point does love forget mercy?

At what point does love forget it purpose- to redeem, to reconcile, to restore?

At what point does love admit defeat to the ignorance and selfishness of the world it seeks to save?

Love is like a consuming fire, sometimes terrifying in its absolute commitment to break every yoke and to set the captives free. Pillars shake, mountains quake, the foundations of the earth will crumble and dissolve.

It is only form rising out of chaos. Liberty appearing through the spoken word of the One who is a consuming fire.

"If I am lifted up from the earth I will draw all men unto me."

He has been raised out of chaos, "Declared to be the Son of God with power through the resurrection of the dead".... and will appear before all.... "Every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him"....and all will bend the knee and confess His Lordship to the glory of God the Father(Phil 2) and be "gathered ibnto one in Christ Jesus(Eph 1) so that there will be no more enemies- God will be ALL IN ALL(1 Cor 15).

Love keeps no record of offense. (For God was in Christ reconciling the world unto Himself, not counting their sins against them)

"Father, forgive them. They know not what they do"

Love never fails

"And He who sits on the throne said, "Behold, I am making all things new." And He said, "Write, for these words are faithful and true."

The whole creation will be set free because love cannot be measured....

Christ demonstrated that love.

Glad we are being changed from glory to glory and will be like Christ! Would seem to be  why He demonstrated what being in complete union with our Father means.
