Below a list with Matthew 26:25 from various translations.
There seems quite some diffrence between them.
So translated as "it is not me" and others "it is me"
Some even answer the question with another question.

Personally I think Judas didn't betray Judas at all because satan took control over Judas. Perhaps that's why the translations are so mixed? It was the body of Judas but the mind of satan.

CLV Luke 22:3 Yet Satan entered into Judas, called Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve.

As a sidenote (stating the obvious): It was all according to plan. Jesus knew satan would take control. But He didn't prevent it as He did with Peter.
Luke 22:31-32   "Simon, Simon, pay attention! Satan has demanded to have you all, to sift you like wheat,  32 but I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. When you have turned back, strengthen your brothers."

Also note the word "demanded". Satan asked permission. He didn't just try/do it.

I suppose one could say that there is a bit of difference between "Is it I?" and "It isn't I, is it?" in that the first one seems to be a genuine question whereas the latter is more disbelief or protest against the idea that it is he.

If you're curious, the original Greek reads as follows:

apokritheis de ioudas o paradidous auton eipen meti ego eimi rabbi legei auto su eipas

answering yet Judas the one-giving-up him said not? I am Rabbi he-is-saying to-him you say-it

Literally translated into readable English, this is as follows:

"Answering then Judas, the one giving him up, said, 'Not I am, Rabbi?'  He says to him, 'You say it.'"

So the answer is that Judas is indeed intending to protest the notion that he is the one; it is not a genuine question whose answer is truly desired.

I'll leave the actual interpretation of the facts in this thread to one much more competent than I.
