Has anyone read, I know it was a best seller for weeks months ago, but has anyone read O'riellys' book?I am wondering, because after months of deliberation within myself, I have purchased the book, I am curious simply because O'rielly is a catholic so I am curious about his outlook on the death of Jesus Christ. Without reading it, but having listened to O'rielly, I at this point and previously feel his book to be, to use a southern word, a bit "onrey." Meaning, it must lean quite without question to the catholic religion, again I have not received the book, so I maybe proved in error. Just wondering.
I will assume by no report, no one is interested, but alas I bought the book so I will-no must read it even though I thought it was a waste of time. It was just human curiosity and it cost me $20 bucks. I don't think I will by Killing Lincoln ha ha :dsunny:

"Killing Jesus." Just about what I thought, a novel, and for me very disappointing, yet it was a novel. Though very moving describing the beating and crucifixion of Jesus. A lot of Greek and Latin words for words to describe, what I felt needed no Greek or Latin words to describe. The novel/book was not very informative, yet right along with main stream religion, especially if you have read and studied the Bible. It had a definite catholic base which was not surprising. O'Reilly claims it is a fact based book, and not spiritual I will agree; and writes that Jesus was 36 when He was crucified. There was a lot, a lot of history of the Jews[Hebrew] and Roman which, for me laid the main reason for Jesus' crucifixion was fear of a political revolution. I am sure that thoughts like that were there, and being the book was a novel, I am sure that's what O'Reilly was attempting to offer. He was correct about one thing, the book was not spiritual. I payed $15.00 for the book even though much of what I thought it would be, was. I will remain quite dull in my curiousity about "Killing Lincoln" and "Killing Kennedy."
