Title: Jesus saves the sinner - He also saves the World
Post by: Lazarus Short on November 01, 2017, 03:11:38 PM
I read the following essay and realized that when Jesus returns and sets up His unending Kingdom, it will be the salvation of civilization, society, everything.  Man has been trying to set up the Kingdom by the use of the arm of flesh, in the manner of Nebuchadnezzar, and has failed over and over.

Thanks for the historic   view  and  proofs Laz ,

I do believe  it  that  Jesus is the Lamb of God and the cross  was the blood  poured out once for all time  for the sins =death     for the whole world .  destroying  the works of the evil one ..he who is doing the sin, of the devil he is, because from the beginning the devil doth sin; for this was the Son of God manifested, that he may break up the works of the devil

Hebrews 10
We have the veil that was  torn completely  in half from top to bottom   to open show us the mystery  in Revelation  of Jesus Christ being the DAY  of the Lord   to destroy Babylon ,  from Gen 11 ,  the confusion by mixing  and all those divisions because of   Her ruling and the last of Gods wrath is complete in her ... Rev 18, she is the sheol in Isaiah 5 to me , as I believe it .  the Bible from the beginning to end ...
Blessings ...

Interesting you should reference Nebuchadnezzar, as I was just thinking recently that his seven years of bestial madness are like the seven thousand years of man's rebellion, while Daniel, who was no doubt a calm, loyal presence for that whole period, is a symbol of the divine.

Daniel was indeed pretty calm- interesting the lions didn't touch him- ergo the roaring lion was not able to touch him.
