For my Birthday treat, we're going to go on a hike to the Cascade Falls and then go out to eat!  No, it's not the Washington Cascades but it's something!

Hope you have a nice birtday hike. I still haven't figured out how to put my bday up. But, I will just post it here when it comes. Eat lots of cake and ice cream....chocolate preferably!!! :HeartThrob: :cloud9:

Thanks, guys!  We were supposed to go on a hike today, but yesterday I came down with an ear ache!  The first one I've ever had!  It's better today but I don't feel up to a 2 mile hike!  Oh, well, I'll just sit around and eat ice cream instead!   :flowerred:

Hey again hopeful......here are 2 natural ear ache remedies....

1 - Put a blow dryer on warm......hold it a bit from your head and let the air blow into your ear.  It works!  My kids say this one helps a lot.

2 - Warm some olive oil......and get someone to poor some (make sure it's not too warm) into your ear....and put a cotton ball in the ear to keep the warm oil in.  My mom used to do this for me when I was a kid......it works great too.

Anyway......hope you feel better so that you can enjoy your Birthday. :icon_flower:
