No problems with your replies. I thought they were funny.

It just has to do with an agreement we made in '95' as part of our divorce decree and it seems she is all of a sudden interpreting it differently and trying to get lots of money out of me all of a sudden.

:cloud9: Good save Paul..... :laughing7:

Tony, most lawyers, at least in my area, don't charge for consultations.

Some women really know how to give women a bad name.  Is it any wonder that there have been so many misogynists, male chauvinists, and gay males over the centuries?  So sorry that's happening to you.  Since it was in '95 that you're indicating that you thought that things were finalized, hopefully with whenever the marriage happened, the statute of limitations has run out on having done that!  I likely couldn't help you with the legal jargon on the final divorce decree, but even if I could, it's one of those things where what would matter most is the particular marriage/divorce laws in the state involved with the marriage and the finalization of the divorce.  I'm in Texas and I could read what you're needing help with interpreting and if by some miracle I was able to interpret it correctly and in my state of Texas that turned out to be total BULL, that wouldn't necessarily keep you from being gelded in your state if the laws happened to be different. :dontknow:

One doesn't have anything to do with the other, I'm sure you are aware.  :Sparkletooth:

Tony.. Are there any lawyers near you that would possibly give you a free consultation, maybe? It's worth a try.
Good luck. I hope everything works out ok, friend!

Thanks friends. I emailed the problem to the original attorney that helped me on my separation and divorce in 1995. My ex and her attorney were so bad that my attorney said my case would be the last one he did. My attorney could have had her attorney disbarred for trying to blackmail me. It was that bad.
