I sent this to Willie yesterday but it seems he didn't get it. This is almost full time for me (two blogs) but a real blessing. Cam frequents over at the site (below) but I rarely see him. Anyway if someone felt like being a second witness that would be very cool.

sheesh Willie, I didn't know what you guys were up to when you used to share on those ET forums.
This is fertile ground if anyone feels led to start a blog over here. It take two minites to register and the blogs are very user friendly. Even if you don't want to write on your blog you can comment on every one elses.

Hey, I just signed up with my name here and posted my story. How do you access other peoples posts? I really want to help you out, if I can. :laughing7:
I did the same and am not sure how it all works either, but once you have registered, you can go to the link that Jack gave above and it will put you to his blog and you can log in under your newly established id and password and can post.
I am not sure how you add friends or access to other blogs either. I just used the link to get there this time.
Kratos
Oh, bless you guys. I have tears as I thank John and Card for coming and sharing. I went to prayer for a few hours as I was so tired going it alone over there. Upon my return there I saw a few wonderful comments by these two. I have been answering questions and making posts for twelve and thirteen hours a day this week, over there.
Shib, there is a friend function and you can make a request and upon that persons acceptance you will recive notice of there posts. There is also notification button when you make a comment like there is here. Lastly, there is an "explore" function on top that I use to find other's posts that I might be interested in reading. It can change by the minute and also as you make a post it will be announced up there for others to see.
My address is:
http://www.mychurch.org/jackhennessey
on the top right is an "add freinds" function. Hit it and then when box comes up hit confirm. There is a "home" button on top of your home page that is important to see a number of activities. There is also a "public view' on top right. Also you can click on peoples avatars and it will take you to their blog. I did this and found Kratos', Cardinal's and Cam's home pages. Maybe we could all visit each others pages and leave a friend request.( LOL when I first got there I didn't understand the freind function and someone came to me that already had over 650 freinds. I said, "what the heck! she already has too many freinds and declined her invitation. Later i understood better and I became her 686th friend. LOL)

Bless you guys and you will never know how much I appreciate you showing up and sharing. Wonderful comments! Going to read John's profile now and when you guys get there you will see a new freind request. Amazing who you will ask to be your friend these days (wink)

Jack
Hey Jack (or any of the other My Church folks.)
I still don't "get" the friend thing.... Are you saying that it is proper etiquette to be friends with whoever asks you to be? :mshock:
When I first visited My Church, my first thought was that- these "friends" know each other and are connected but obviously not, eh?
No, "friends" are often of the fare weather variety and when they find out you don't believe in Hell they often will gather together to build burning pyres to show you that those with such heretical views will have Hell to pay. :laughing7:
I had to dismiss one of my "friends" the other day because she was stalking me. Soon after eight new ones applied ............ what is one to do? :dontknow:
I'll tell ya it was great to have some relief. Cardinal has got them scratching their heads, Shibbo really threw them with her interpretation of "Lazarus and the rich man" and now Kratos has the spotlight and is doing a wonderful job making sense of it all.
Meanwhile I have stepped away from the melee and I now give my energy to sharing funny little stories on new blogs. Ain't God great!
Jack

Hope to post much of my stuff I have posted all over the place there too.

Wow Jack I went and read some of the comments on your blog and its just so gross seeing that religious spirit twist and turn and spew such hatefulness at ya. ugh
I dont feel led to join but will certainly lift you up in prayer as God leads.
I just am not in a place to be able to not get really repulsed and possibly respond out of that at this point.
God bless
kept
Yes Kept, believe me it has been an eye opener. Last thing I ever thought I would be doing although I believe I was just a gate opener for others to come that are better equipped to share "UR." UR was something I accepted first time I had it shown to me twenty five years ago and have not really studied it much since then. So I have been doing much praying and often sharing the thoughts of others, often copied from posts here and of course from the Tent site.
Bernie just opened a blog there and I know how clear his messages are so I am excited. The behind the scenes PMs and such are just as intriguing and often more challenging. I would especially seek your prayers for those that have mailed me ........ even more so than those that I have responded to in the public area.
Thanks,
Jack

sorry bro, last few days, ...I have had to jump on & off line, and wasnt able to get back atcha...
The ET crowd is quite enamored with the idea of
anyone BURNING except themselves of course!
They are safe, so why worry about others eh? Eternity is viewed as "from now on" to them, what they fail to see is, that if any are ETERNALLY burning, they ARE burning ALWAYS have been burning and ALWAYS will be burning... :rolleye: :pointlaugh:
I have really limited my postings with such people, unless they happen to come here... God is leading them here, and because of that, it IS possible they have ears to hear...
On their own ET sites... they sit in their little "saved" clicks, and preach the ..."it sux to be you" ..."Gospel"... :sorry:
I'm not motivated anymore, to engage the deaf... If some come here, then I will give it a go, but I dont spend much time preaching UR to the deaf... :dontknow:
They are marching to a different drummer in a RED SUIT... I did my time following that thinking... not much into battling against it... must be gettin old... :dontknow:
ShaLoM... :dsunny:
In
JESUS
...willieH :icon_king:
:cloud9: Ha! You know Willie, I never thought about it like that before, but if they are not eternally burning, then eternity must have stops and starts.....good one
I am intrigued about what one poster observed at the mychurch site:
(Quote) "WOW! Everywhere I go, it seems a scuffle of beliefs and debates is arising!
What is happening in the spirit???" (End Quote)
I am a 30 year "knower" about UR, but have felt no great need to do battle with the mass spiritual blindness which drives ET until a couple of months ago. What IS going on?
It's gotta be good. :laughing7:

Until you are confident in what you know, my advice is not to teach, share, or converse with an open volatile people. I have had a membership at MyChurch.org, but never really did much with it. I believe we should be focusing on those who do not know even a portion of the Gospel, the Atheist, the Poor, the Widow and the Orphans. Then we will do good.
Thanks for answering my question, Jack.
I had gone to sign up a while ago at My Church- just so I could leave comments but I think the Lord said, "no".
He knows my frame and Internet stalkers are NOT my cup of tea.... :gfish:
Yes Hopeful and it would be the last place I would be and I might not be there much longer as there already is some subtle censoring going on with regard to my blog. I literally just stumbled into there to make a comment one night and wallah, I have a blog site that came along with my registration to comment. I have never had a desire before to go into such a place and share and if that pesky God of mine hadn't tricked me ........... well you get the pic. :laughing7:
Wow, there was a Byron that left a comment on the infamous "What in the Hell is Hell?" thread last night and it was wonderfully anointed ............ things shared I never even knew. This morning I see who that Byron might be. (side note: after reading Bernie's comment on the "hell" post this morn I noticed this writing had "777" reads. That was pretty neat)
QuoteI am a 30 year "knower" about UR, but have felt no great need to do battle with the mass spiritual blindness which drives ET until a couple of months ago. What IS going on?
Byron that may explain my inadvertent stumble into "My Church" world a couple months ago myself. Bless ya if you be the fella and 25years w/the message myself.
Blessings,
Jack
PS. I did pray that God would send just the right ones over there to share with me and I am so blessed. I did not want it to get into a them against us type thing. They were already playing that card when it was only me. Cont. to ask your prayers that theirs heart be made fertile for the Seed sown.

Oh, Jack... the things that God has us do at times... :girlheart:
I would like it if my blog could have more readers but I sure wouldn't want to mess with any of that "friends" stuff and having to answer LOTS of comments.
But 777 reads- that's awesome! Of course your writings are a bit more controversial than mine though. :Sparkletooth:
Please tell Joian I said :hiya:
Hopeful, "777" ...... kind of a sign more than quality. God taught me some time ago to always write for One.
Thanks,
Jack
Yes, Jack. Amen.
meant "quantity"......... that kind of day sis
:HeartThrob: you,
Jack
PS. Bernie, Byron, Card, Kratos and Shibbo continue to add to the dialogue at My Church while I see others that look ready to soon join in. It is exciting to see what will transpire as I can feel in my spirit there are some there, that are really examining "UR." Hope to see some pay a visit, with some questions, here soon.

You guys are learning how to work the freinds part alot quicker than I did. Now you need to learn how to throw "stars" at each other's messages. That is supposed to be important too. Gather as many stars and friends as you can and then you can measure your worth compared to others. Oh my, the places the Lord leads us to! :laughing7:
We can all sing "How many stars will I have in my crown, Lord"
And the ETers can sing "Not one, Lord, not one".
John
Hey Jack
The stars actually bumps the message up into the top 5, not sure what comments do
It amazes me that people expect "noddy badges" when they get to heaven. "Getting there" for the pie-in-the-sky kingdom guys should be sufficient. Oh how they miss entering the Kingdom right now. The kingdom to come is just a continuance of this one.
Sure Jesus said "All authority is given to us." When they finally realise that then the Kingdom shall come.

John
that's pretty dang funny, John :laughing7:
Who ever runs this organization will not allow any of my messages to be shown any longer on the "current messages board" which is part of the explore function. See when ever some one stars you or comments on your post your message automatically goes up to the "current messages box", then more people see your message and it get more reads and more reads means more stars and comments which raises it up to the current message board over and over for all to see and your message rolls on and on like an ever growing snowball rolling down a hill ......... feeding ........ ever feeding .......... ever growing ....... feeding and growing :laughing7:
So this is why you star your brother's message ......... in my case just say a prayer lol
Any way brothers when ever I have seen a messages of yours and it is not on the current messages board I have been starring you. Later I might start charging for this star service but for now it's a gift. :laughing7:

PS. My neighbor called last night to tell me she shared, that she espoused "UR" for the first time ever in a conversation. I mentioned my "What in the Hell is Hell?" post and this is her reply. LOL
Me:
......... this is the blog site and the second link is the post that caused all kinds of fire and brimstone to rain down on me. lol
My neighbor:
Jack I could only read a little of that, wow how do you do that. I could never endure those things being written about me, but especially about our Father. In light of reading all that I can not believe I shared what I did today. However I did feel pretty sure of God's leading. I would have a hard time responding without saying hey you can just go to Hell!!! by your self thanks.
Oh, man, I'm so glad God has made y'all so brave
and that he hasn't made me so! :laugh2:

parting comment:
For those that might be as dumb founded as me as to how "Hell, a place of eternal torment for the majority" fits into Agape (there is always one or two) I give you a link to some fine scholarship. This is an awesome book that goes to the heart of the subject of which we discuss and in particular the errancy that makes up the perverted doctrine of "punishment without purpose."
An Analytical Study of Words by Louis Abbott
http://www.tentmaker.org/books/asw/index.html
About the author:
Louis Abbott was born in 1915. In 1928, he received Christ. One day, while pastoring a church, a man challenged Louis regarding his teaching about eternal torment. Louis accepted the challenge.
For three years Louis searched the Scriptures, searched the Greek and Hebrew words behind the English words "Hell, "eternal punishment," "everlasting destruction," etc. At the end of those three years, he realized he had been taught error regarding the ultimate fate of mankind. Feeling he could not longer preach the doctrines of his denomination, Louis gave up the pastorate, but he never gave up studying.
I tire of this subject so I bid thee farewell and I thank you Kathy for being a most gracious host to my thoughts,
Jack
had to add a last morsel by my friend Arcticmonster. this was a good ending phrase on a comment to another hellion.
"damned is the path of damnation and all who find themselves on it, will find no rest with God."
ah so your time is up there, well have a little rest and feel the love!
I am currently getting chewed up by some exchristians whom are mainly agnostics and athiests. But its nice chewing, lots of expletives for added flavor though lol I must taste good to some but i have fallen in love once again with people I have so little in common with in the ways we think. Its very tough for me to try and connect, I come off looking like the ignorant gal I am but Im learning alot.
kept
No Kept, I didn't mean to give the impression I was quiting that place. I just retired from a very good discussion on Bible worship and Bible errancy. It was a rare occurrence in that place but I felt I would be making my self obnoxious to continue with that one.
I am going to write a blog sometime soon on the different levels of scriptural understanding. You don't even touch allegory with this group so this might be good. I can envision writing this message then having the Lord immediately send in our "literalist bunker buster" Cardinal in to confuse and lay waste to the letter of the law. :laughing7:
It's all good and I can only imagine how tough the atheist/agnostic crowd must be. :mshock: I'll stick with the lighter weights, thank you.
During the last few day I have had a thought of how the Lord seems to be sending many of us out to share with such groups, even those that would be adverse to such. Then I think how the efforts to organize and gather seem so difficult with the "UR" crowd. Maybe a new and emerging paradigm ......... I would like to think so.
Be blessed and Cardinal get ready :bgdance:
Jack
Oh well be blessed
I stumbled on this forum quite by accident, read some great arguements against eternal torment and thought wow, we have some things in common. However, I think a christian that does not believe in eternal torment is quite the thorn in the side as many so want to have nothing at all in common with a christian so then, the tactic is to make sure this christian knows that they are not indeed a christian. That way it all stays in tact as they have nothing in common with christians.
I however, want any religion thinking in me exposed and my views challenged. Pardon the expletive but Truman said He never learned a da** thing from someone that agreed with him. And well, most of the stuff that has been mind blowing for me came thru vessels I had little in common with as far as our thinking. So there I am getting ripped a little here and there cause I have so little to work with here, hello God , I keep reminding Him He said He would use the foolish to confound the wise. They are wise in ways im not, challanges me mucho. My mysticism does not fly in the midst of such rational thinkers for one second and I find myself totally out of my league as far as intellect goes haha
love you all
kept
ok came back to ps - I didnt mean anything by the intellectual comment as to say that in my own circles Im not challanged that way haha so , sheeesh I just keep sticking my foot in my mouth today, where is that guy with the foot in his mouth :footmouth:
I put the link up here once but then felt bad as I was inviting alot of folks to a place I barely was beginning to meet the people. But now that Ive been there a bit perhaps its not such bad manners now.
However I warn anyone, the language is rather harsh and be prepared to be tested and whipped up on lol
for some reason though I find even ole grandpa that really doesnt want me there and gives me a good tongue lashing at times very endearing and I just feel so much love for the folks there
kept
Well shoot Kept, if they like to use expletives send a few over to "My Church" where most embrace the doctrine of "Hell" but darned if they don't think the word "Hell" itself is equated with using the "F bomb." :laughing7:
I didn't realize until the other day that "My Church" has over 72,000 members. Now, I should have been able to guess this, because there had already been 68,742 tell me they didn't like my
message.
There ain't "no bad news" in the "Good News" so it's all good!
Jack
Well I tell ya Jack, give me athiests and agnostics and the foul language any day but NO fundies for me, the language they use is much more foul then the fbomb haha I lose my lunch talking to them . However, on the flip side being even tongue lashed by someone that isnt religious is very refreshing compared to that and I just like the people. I really am getting to like one of them imparticular, she is a real jewel.
kept
Well what do ya know Kept, They just now quit censoring me at "My Church."
I guess they're getting used to my use of the word "Hell."
Now that's what I call a "Hell of a good deal" :laughing7:
How ya sposed to address the doctrine of Hell when everyone thinks it's a four letter word. :dontknow:

but I do want to make this clear to those that would post there so you dont go like me uninformed and possibly hurt someone, which I very nearly did
These people WERE christians and most of them know the bible inside and out. They are not interested in the least little bit in universalism and many are recovering from much religious abuse..........we should be able to relate to that huh. Therefore, noone should go thinking you are going to enlighten anyone or change their minds. imo go to get to know some wonderful people that dont think like you and will challange everythng you believe.
Personally Im there to challange myself and to love people different than me and am under no delusion that Im there to win anyone to my way of understanding lol
just wanted folks to know some are very easily offended by anything christian at all

see ya there
I enjoyed my peek, saw sojourner and kratos, read a few messages and caught one miscellaneous one about someone with a big rear end. My ears aren't burning so I probably was spared the spicey stuff and thankfully didn't have to pull out my sword.
Uhooooooooooooh I found the good stuff <blush> I'll tell ya, a rough speaking and witty bunch they be. Toaster you are a great apologist ..... wow! and after all the crazy venom and hyjinx where Toaster is no where to be found she finally shows up with a post that only says:
Testing.........
oh my I liked to have fallen out of my chair ......... funniest thing I ever seen ............ my life is complete now! :laughing7:
one of those "you had to have been there" type things.
incredible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
on a serious note that is a place where you better be called to go.
whew!
I thought when I read Toasters one post she was a fundie making fun of them and totally misunderstood her words and let her have it! Then I later was so embarrassed at my blunder when she told me she was there, and of course then her posts got more in depth and I recognized her. Im glad she is forgiving and gave me grace.
I get a little angry at the fundies there and have to watch myself........Im still a mess when it comes to that area, that is why I cannot go where you go Jack. I would chew them up after a bit cause nothing can make me more angry than using God to tell people they are going to go to eternal torment while they enjoy saying so.......ohhhhh dont get me started haha
Im quite the mystery cause I speak so clouded there. Ive tried to not get in the scripture and absolutes cause you know me, I dont talk that way, bugs them to no end just as much as my friends get bugged by it at times. But there is very little that is absolute to me, Jesus life, death and resurrection, absolute! All men will be saved, absolute........most of the rest is morphing all the time and I wont make hard stances cause Ive eaten way to much humble pie in my day.
that is hard over there for them casue the christians they are used to talking to are very assured they know it all and very adamant about what they do know. But they cant pigeon hole me, noone can on too terribly much.
love ya
kept
I had fun thinking how I would go into that place last night.
You don't want to hear
If I was a natural man I would be all over that ..... my cup of tea
also tha last place I thought I would be is a place like "My Church"
seeing miracles there ...... yesterday was tremendous ...... three days ago I was wishin there was a hell to tell em to go to. lol
anyway that place is changed from three months ago and many are looking and so close to see the truth of UR. Holy Spirit Within came out of there and I know there are some others.
anyway it is exciting and it fun to see what Bernie, Rhodes and others are sharing there too. Those guys are tremendous.
be blessed,
Jack
God is good!
I have no idea if God will bring any others there to investigate ur or come to believe it because of these convos, I dont know. All I know is they are already much free'r than we are when we were in the grips of the eternal tormenting God beliefs even if they have done away with God altogether! That is so wonderful to see folks get set free of that ugly God belief even if they land in a different spot then me. Just to be free of that is wonderful in itself huh.
there are so many beautiful people in the world, I have lived in a christian bubble for so long. Have no 'secular' friends to speak of and only know 'christian' stuff and people. I stopped at a Hindu temple the other day just to go in and say "hey!", something I would have never done before coming to grips with what I've always known about God's plan. The further you get from ET, the more you realize how absurd it is..

Hey firstborn88, did anyone say 'hey' back? I have meant for so long to do that. I love India and the people of India, onetime God just dropped them in my heart and I feel very akin to them in that way!

God has been dealing with me moreso about mothers and hell ........ is the Hell taught by a mother not the most absurd form of this demonic doctrine?
Taken from a comment on my blog:
Yes, and it seems the mothers that promote the doctrine of Hell often are the ones that rend my heart the deepest.. Mothers should above all understand the nurturing nature and tenderness of a parent toward a child and they should know just by the Spirit, within them, that our Father would never torment the great majority of His children forever and ever. It is their stance for a terroristic angry God that most often causes me to weep and believe me, weep I do. Lord willing soon I shall write a blog on the subject of "mothers and Hell" as it seems He has put it upon my heart to do so.
This I read last night touched on this bewildering phenomenon. I also leave you a link to a page with a number of thoughts on the destructiveness of this demonic doctrine of Hell. Be blessed and tell your neighbor our "God is Love"
"Did you know that upper class Chinese women had to suffer foot binding for around 1000 years! That was an awful thing to do to a child and woman. Common sense and science should have stopped this practice, years before it was outlawed around the turn of the 20th century. Surely mothers must have thought as they broke the toes of their daughters and bound them under the feet, as pus and blood oozed out of the bandages. This tradition of crippling my child makes no damn sense at all.
And yet generations of Christian parents have tucked their children to bed and reminded them that "they are to love god with all their hearts or he will roast them in hell forever." Surely most must have thought at some time or another This tradition of crippling my child makes no damn sense at all"

Jack
amen Jack!!! I cant believe it took me so long to get this. But also, I wasnt yet a mother when I believed in that. I wonder if I would have been challanged or just continued in my blind obedience to a fearful hateful God??? who knows
I am asking God to please give me a heart for hardcore fundimentalists as well (actually I would include any religion in that prayer! as to me that same hardcore fundi spirit is in all of them and even in some that dont claim a God)
I seem to be able to love and feel like Im with a fellow brother in this journey with just about everyone that I meet but those in that category! Break my heart O God
I wonder how freeing it will be to be rid of that repulsion, cant wait

You know Kept, Brother Torango, whom I know you love, coins a term which I often think of as I share with the fundies.
He speaks of that which so many of us walk in here at Tentmaker as the "Present Truth of the Kingdom." I love that because I believe that God is bringing all, up against the Truth of Universal Reconciliation. Some will see it now and some later but all will come at one time or another to see, so we sow.
And it hurts often to share such because just as Jesus wept over Jerusalem so we weep over those that reject the "Present Truth of the Kingdom." And in our hurt we know we have His heart within us for all His children.
Been sharing a lot of Gary's writings there. There has been a number of hot blogs discussing the errancy ot inerrancy of the Bible ....... so what 's a man to do but share Gary's testimony about "Reading the White." That one has em both howlin and scratchin their heads at the same time and thats a good thing.

Hey firstborn88, did anyone say 'hey' back? I have meant for so long to do that. I love India and the people of India, onetime God just dropped them in my heart and I feel very akin to them in that way!
Actually, it was closed - but I went back today and got some contact info - looking forward to opening a ongoing dialogue w/them. Will definitely keep you posted on how it goes
