Hi everyone. I was reading through the thread ?question about the Lake of Fire? and on page one Dallas made this reply:

Elvis is dead, yet people still claim to see him alive, but we know that is people who aren't willing to acknowledge the truth. But people still listen to his music, but that doesn't mean he is still alive. Just because people still try to live by the law doesn't mean it has power, it's just people holding onto a dead singer.

Sin is only imputed where there is a law, as Paul wrote Even though there was death in the world between Adam and Moses sin was never attributed to them because there was no law telling of it. Just as there is no law telling us, I would like to know how you know there is sin in the world? As far as flesh, the body of flesh has been removed, no one is anylonger in the flesh, (if you want start a thread and I'll show what the flesh is concearning, it will be completly shocking, you will never read the bible the same way.)

God isn't Finished with us yet....as far as sin is concearned YES HE IS. Now we can start living salvation....not going to heaven, but being included into the things of God and be included in what He's doing and living in complete joy,peace and righteousness.

I am particularly interested in this statement by Dallas:

Does anyone know what his view on the flesh he was speaking about? Did he ever start a thread where he elaborated on this comment? His comment is an attention getter and it made me wonder if there was a follow up thread pertaining to this comment.

 :Chinscratch: I have no idea.. All I know is flesh is not only body or matter, but is the carnal (and mortal) imperfect character. As opposed to God who, Quote - is perfect, Mt.5:48. Now since God (surely?) is Life (itself, the breath and force of) then imperfect is the opposite of life.
    Also, since he is Life, he lives through and experiences all that ever occurs! But he endowed (genuine) thinking and reasoning ability anyway!
     Notice how, Quote - all in heaven and earth, unquote, are taking this unavoidable journey/lesson all together at once! Pure genius.. :dsunny: Iniculating all against straying/imperfection/death/& all notGood?
