Amie

Howdee everyone!

I've enjoyed the spirit of this forum for a bit now, and like stopping over from time to time.

I'm Amie.  I'm with womenbeyond.com and talk-grace.com, and work closely with Presence Ministries (presence.tv) among others.

Presence has an interactive, online "Transformations" course which will be starting August 23rd, and going for six Thursday evenings.  I'm going to share in leading a conversation about the path in which Christ took in transforming the world, and how we might engage in a similar pattern personally, organizationally (including family), and societally.

I really enjoy participating and would love to meet some of y'all -- if you're interested.

I hope that I'm not breaking any rules in bringing this up.  I love fellowship, and like putting stuff together to facilitate it -- and participate in.  If I have, I apologize and won't take moderator editing personally :).

Thank you all for being so open with me  :girlheart:.

Hola, Amie.

Nice to meet you.  I'm glad you've joined the discussion boards here at Tentmaker.  S'il vois plait, give me some more information about what you were talking about on the "Transformations" thing, either here or at overcomers @ martincisneros.com

Texas is kinda big.  (REALLY BIG for anybody not local and that hasn't peaked at a map in a while.)  Where are you from?  Dallas? El Paso? San Antonio? Austin? Denton? Tyler? Prosper? Cleburne? Paris? Muleshoe?

I don't think you're in any danger of moderator editing to your post, though anybody getting trigger happy might drag it over to another board

Martin,

I live just outside of San Antonio.

There's a more detail explanation of Transformations here:   http://www.presence.tv/cms/transformations_spr06.php

Of course, I'm open if you have any questions.  Also, the first 25 people to register are free and there is still room.  If the fee were an issue for you or anyone though, we would quickly make it a non-issue  :icon_flower:.

..."Muleshoe"... lol!

Hi Amie,

I'm looking at the link right now.  Any chance that someone could use a little bitta webdesign help with that front page?  That must be at least an 84pt font towards the bottom of that first webpage!  My neighbors from across the street can see it from their place and are asking me to take that billboard down  :icon_jokercolor:

Amie

LOL Martin!

It's not showing that way on my end, but I remember it doing that to me on that site before.  I thought that I pushed my mouse wheel down and turned it to adjust it, but I just experimented and it didn't.  I'm so sorry!

Amie

that's okay.  they're paranoid neighbors anyway, thinking property values could come down that fast over this billboard

I'm going to try to do some monitor adjustments for a while 'cause my head did ache for just a second 'cause I was too close to the monitor when I scrolled down that page.  None of the pages at the links seem to be that way, or not that bad, but I'm still working through what links I'm needing to read at for info.

Amie

Martin,

If it wouldn't work for you, I'll copy/paste it for you.
