Books you have read or reading

What books would you recommend that is a really good read other than Bible?
I bought this book by Dr.Wayne Dyer 4 or 5 years ago, for some reason I never read it at that time.
I am now enjoying it, It is called 10 Secrets for success and Inner Peace.
I have read the shack it was ok, but not fond of fiction anymore.

Currently I'm reading this post.

I've read many books.
What type of book you are looking for? Not fiction that's clear. But there are so many other types.
Archeology type of books that show find of things mentioned in the Bible.
Word study books.
Happy verses books.
Semi scientific books showing science in no way debunks God/Creationism.
Others.

Hi WW I am not looking for anything in Paticular, many good books I find is through asking what others are reading.
This is how I found Dr. Wayne Dyer books.
I enjoy anything related to the old testament, I have Red Tent I will read shortly it is fact and fiction, but it should be interesting.
I should do word studies, but can't find them interesting.

We are here to hear what the spirit is saying,YES there is purpose for silence can't hear with noise all around us, unless we can shut it out.
I value my silence, so I can hear, one of my favorite verses is be still and Know I am God in Psalms.

I've heard about the book 'The Shack' but I don't remember who wrote it.  Can anyone tell me?  I've been wanting to read it.

Currently I'm working through 'Paradise Restored' by David Chilton.

 I liked it but it was rambling on at times , I wanted to get down to the facts on this book
 but  the book did reveal the Love and suffering of God  with us   , thought that was a good point to make
