2Co 4:7  But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, so that the surpassing greatness of the power will be of God and not from ourselves;

    Hiding. We do so much hiding. Ashamed of our nakedness. Afraid to be seen. Afraid to be clay.

    Perfect love casts out all fear. So I say to myself, " I have to perfect my love", which guarantees immediate failure, because I can't perfect my love. I can only cast it abroad on the sea of hope and trust God to transform me within. Set me free of my fear of who I am. Set me free of the fear of what others see in me, and set me free from the fear of loss and the desire of gain.

   He that saves his own life will lose it, but he that loses his life will gain it.
How can I lose this thing I cling to so tightly. Worry fear strife pressure- all evidence that the dead man still lives. Pushing the buttons and pulling the levers and rolling the wheels behind the curtain- the Great Oz.

A still small voice says to me, "I AM"
He says, "Be still and know that I AM God".
He says to me, "That where I AM, there you may be also".
He says to me, "Wherever two or more of you gather in my name, their I am in the midst of you".

Confess your faults, one to another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. If we walk in the light as He is in the light we have fellowship one with another and the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin. Entering within the veil by the new and living way, having our hearts sprinlked free from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.

He says to us, "Whenever two or more of you agree as touching anything in my name, it will be done for you by my Father".
He says, "By this the world will know you are my disciples, by your love for one another".
He prays, that we may be one even as He and His Father are one- even as one soul.

But how can we become one? We are always hiding. Running from who we are. Running after our desires. Afraid to really let go.
He says, He that believes in me, out of his innermost being shall gush forth rivers of living water.
Lord I believe, help thou my unbelief.

We will always be clay. It is the treasure that shines. We all stumble in many ways, so let no flesh glory in His presence. Thats how he wants it. So the exceeding greatness of the power will be of God and not ourselves. To the praise of the glory of His grace. So that the lamp is set on the lampstand shining light into all the house. So the city will be set on the hill. Gideon, David, Elijah, Mary, Peter, Paul....all made of the same clay I am made of. Hope maketh not ashamed. I have Christ in me, the hope of glory.
