Anyone fancy chatting on videochat sometime?

I was talking to one or two members about this in private and we think it would be a good idea to swap msn/yahoo/skype addresses where we can better 'commune' with other Universalists.

I use MSN personally, which is free and works very well.
I don't trust YAHOO chat!  I have been broken into there more than once! 
Skype is good, but as far as I know it cannot be used for video chat.

I don't know about any of you, but I am probably the only Universalist in Scotland (feels that way), and because of this, I actually sometimes YEARN for the company of  other believers in the real good news.

I was thinking it would be great for praying together, bible study or even just a good old chat at times and to strengthen and help each other.
The chat could be with cam and mic, or just with the microphone, it would make chatting a whole lot easier and more fun.

It's just an idea.  Obviously some trust is required for such things, but I am willing to trust and see how this would go.

If anyone is interested, i suggest you dont put your msn or skype or yahoo addys on here but rather perhaps just send me a private message to those who are interested in this.

SO....If you are interested, say so below and we can see how it goes?

Just want to add that I am not an entirely new member here, i am 'jesushandsarekindhands'.

I understand if noone wants to do this, so, its all good as they say, i just get fed up of typing sometimes and would rather talk face to face these days, as i find the internet time consuming enough as it is without typeing lots.

Skype can be used for IM'ing, voice chat, AND video chat!! You just need a web cam to vid chat.

I'm game, at least for text & voice first, maybe video later if we enjoy each other's company enough.  :icon_jokercolor:

I have tried skype twice and still cant get the video chat part to work, but ill give it another try, thanks a lot!
Ill add you as soon as i make up a new skype addy, ive forgotton my old one lol.
