Last night while reading scripture, I finally understood something that I did not before. That when Paul first preached the gospel to people, he determined to know nothing other than Jesus Christ, and him crucified

this meant he did not want to discuss other things or details that he knew, this he did for this reason

I'm under pressure..and I can find the verses that support my faith in God's ultimate love for his creation...and i can explain it from my heart...but I do get rattled by confrontation.

However, I know that what I know, has been shown to me by the Holy Spirit, and that God may have used a human to point it out to start with, but after that, it was the HS that led, and continues to lead. 

My relationship with Christ has been scoffed at, because it takes on a supernatural and often times child "LIKE" sense to it, but again, I know who it is that is my first love, and it is not the respect of mankind for me. 

I have to agree though, the world is ready to attack the divine truth, out of fear I think, because it would require them to exercise a forgiveness their hearts and minds are not familiar with.  Everyone likes things to be comfort zone ready. 

My only comfort is the comforter himself.  But I can give thanks for the kindred spirits that God has led me to.

In my own life I see "child like" as the key to my Fathers heart. When I share with others it is always with simplicity and always leads to "the Father just Loves you and wants to hang out with you"

Many religious people are offended my my simplicity, yet I have had prophetic words given to me by strangers that this is how God has called me to be..... God has also used me in some major ways because of it.

Its wonderful when we finally know and can rest in who God has created us to be....unique and created to stand out in our uniqueness, I think the whole religious system is set up to make us all alike, this is not Gods desire :cheerleader: :cheerleader: :cheerleader:

Seems like the Lord is teaching many of us
about speaking a word in the right season.  :Sparkletooth:
I love it when I see Him teaching the same things-
all over the world- at the same time!  Awesome!   :HeartThrob:

God knows what every individual can handle hearing. 
I think it really varies and you can't make a rule
but what we (my husband and I) are finding
is that the new believer or the unbeliever
is usually ready to hear about UR. 
It's the church folk-
ones that have been indoctrinated
and filled with fear of deception for years -
that don't seem ready. 
In their case, it's usually a chipping away- a little at a time-
before they can break out of their prison cell of fear.

As far as being simple- well that's me! 
I can't change that.  I've gotta be me.

For mine This wisdom PREACHED is Christ ,HE is the WISDOM and Power of GOD... those who lacked WISDOM lacked Understanding ( light)

7  But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:

10  But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

THE MYSTERY IS CHRIST hidden WITHIN THE HEARTS OF all MEN , THE Pearl of Great PRICE hidden in the Field.

As Paul; said.

for many Lacked This TRUE WISDOM, Babes who still struggled with the conditioning of there forefathers...some still falling from Grace back to Darkness.

Col 2:1 ¶ For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, and [for] them at Laodicea, and [for] as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;


Col 2:2  That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;

Col 2:3  In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.




Eph 1:17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:


Pro 2:10 When wisdom entereth into thine heart, and knowledge is pleasant unto thy soul; 

Col 4:5 Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time. 

1Cr 2:13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. 
1Cr 3:19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness



Take These words in James.,TRUE WISDOM is Christ IN US.
CHRIST IS THE " JOY " IN our hearts

Jam 1:1 ¶ James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting.


Jam 1:2 ¶ My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;


Jam 1:3  Knowing [this], that the trying of your faith worketh patience.


Jam 1:4  But let patience have [her] perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.


Jam 1:5  If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all [men] liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

The KEY faith.


Jam 1:6  But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.( False teachings)

Jam 1:7  For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.

One can not serve TWO masters or be in TWO covenants...we live BY Faith under Grace Or By LAW.


Jam 1:8  A double minded man [is] unstable in all his ways.

I agree with you. I guess what I meant was that the new believer might want to join a church or associate with christian brothers and sisters, most of whom will instantly condemn and fight with them if they did state that they believed that all will be saved, they would have much strife and this would soon be at the center of attention, rather than Christ.....

I also wouldn't direct them to this forum, as their are varied beliefs here, even convincing arguments against God and Christ and the Holy Bible (sorry transponder :bigGrin:), and this site IMO is for those who have a foundation as well.
