Can God talk to me?

I read on jesusissavior.com that people can't have convos with God, but I talk to God(and HE TALKSSS BACK) all sthe time! Is ist sSatan talking to me?

I'm more worried by the folks that say that they never ever hear Him 'cause it means their lives are run away automobiles without anyone that's driving with a foot by the brakes, hands on the steering wheel, etc.

"For as many as are lead by the Spirit of God -- THESE are the sons of God" per Romans 8, the word "these" seeming to exclude any or many others.

Everyone ought to confess daily from John 10, Psalm 23, et. al.:

"I know, hear, and obey the voice of the Good Shepherd and find my green pastures and still waters, and the voice of a stranger I will not follow." 

Psalm 91 and Isaiah 58 talk about hearing His voice.  There is absolutely none of the supernatural in a Christian's life without hearing His voice.  There are a lot of ways that He'll lead, as many denominational and borderline cessationist folks would indicate, but He does still SPEAK.  His voice isn't an eschatological (i.e. "end-times") peculiarity to where He's been silent for 1900 years and will only speak in another thousand years or so after the resurrection, or with His shout that causes the resurrection.  No, people tend to be lazy about spending enough time in thanksgiving, fasting, putting away the finger of accusation and not smiting with the fist of wickedness, and all of the other things that the Bible gives as the recipe for hearing His voice.

The vow of silence that Catholic monks get into, comes from a forgotten revelation of how to hear Him.  Some of it is self restraint, self control, and sanctification issues, as it says in Isaiah 58 about not speaking your own words, with showing restraint in your words per Ecclesiastes, I'm thinking chapter 5 but don't have a Bible handy on exact Ecclesiastes reference, and a bunch of other passages.  But there does come a point in prayer and worship where either you've laid claim to the promises wholeheartedly with your mouth, [which is your spirit,] and finally just need to shut the heck up so He can say where to go catch your gravy train that'll empower you to do the rest of what He wants done thru you.  Sometimes the Presence of God in prayer, thanksgiving, and worship can become so intense, that He practically silences you. 

At other times, [and God's preferred chosen way/rest,] confession of the Redemptive Promises of the Word for hours and hours will lead to that stillness into which He'll most predominantly speak since it's all a matter of faith, since Joshua 1:8 and John 15:7 say THE EXACT SAME THING and the Pauline equivalent is Colossians 3:12-17 and Ephesians 5.  Cover to cover in that Bible, and no matter in which order you choose to place the books of the Bible which some get silly about, but from cover to cover it's the same message about how to hear from Him expectantly and with intention of obeying 'cause you're already obeying the revealed will of God in the Scriptures regarding becoming the Scriptures/Promises/Covenant to the Nations per Proverbs 4, 1Peter 1:23, etc.

Of course He can! God talks to many people in many different ways. For instance, He tends to talk to me through people, or music, or movies, or books, or other life circumstances. Lately though, I think I've heard Him speak to me more directly: to my mind.
