Lamentations 3:30-32 (Young's Literal Translation)

30He giveth to his smiter the cheek, He is filled with reproach.

31For the Lord doth not cast off to the age.

32For though He afflicted, yet He hath pitied, According to the abundance of His kindness.

Does this idea conflict with any of God's "age-lasting judgements" or any of his "age-lasting" preparations, such as the Lake of Fire? These seem to last at least an age. But, does that necessarily mean any of these people are being "cast off" who go through the Lake of Fire or the judgements?

The king james is an outdated and dead language, it's no different than latin. Because of the evolution of the language of english and we who are now alive in this evolved languge cant understand the old.

Basiclly, you need to update the language.

You like the king james, then I recommend the NASB, New American Standard Bible. It comes directly from the same source of the king james, it's quite accurate, however none are perfect. However it gives you the more relative english.

I ask you, "It has been given unto the Son of Man to quickeneth any that He so choeseth."

What does quickeneth mean?
Obviously it's quite inportant.... it means to give life to. If you  didn't know that you would be absoluety normal... yet you wouls also be missing scriptural meaning.

But seriously know. I fully agree that words change (to opposite meanings sometimes).
And then you may never assume you understand the word without checking it.
