What Do The Prophets Say?

Note:

1. God blesses us and causes His face to shine upon us. Why?

"That Your way may be known throughout the world."

2. The nations will rejoice and will be jubilant. Why?

Because "You will judge the peoples equitably and guide the races of the earth."

3. God will bless us, and bless us, and bless us. The ultimate outcome?

"Till men shall revere You to the world's end."

4. God's salvation extends how far & to how many?

"All nations" and "the whole world."

He shall have dominion from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth. From sea to sea may His dominion extend...they that dwell in the wilderness shall bow before Him...yes, all kings shall prostrate themselves before Him, they shall pay him homage...He will deliver the needy, he is sympathetic towards the frail and needy, and saves the life of the poor. -Psl. 72-

Note:

1. God's dominion is how far? "From sea to sea." & "to the ends of the earth."

2. All kings shall prostrate themselves before Him. All kings shall pay Him homage.

3. The ends of the earth include the wilderness. How many in the wilderness will bow down before Him and pay Him homage?

"They that dwell in the wilderness."

4. Our God is the delivering God! He delivers the needy. He delivers the frail. He is a sympathetic God. He saves the life of the poor.

All nations whom You have made shall come and worship before You, Oh Lord; and shall give glory and honour to Your Name. -Psl. 86:9

How many nations shall come and worship the Lord?

"All nations whom You have made."

Sing to the Lord a new song; in the Lord's honour, let the whole earth make melody. -Psl. 96:1-

How many sing a new song in the Lord's honour? How many make melody before Him?

Tremble before him all the earth, publish his glory among the nations, his wonderful acts for all to hear. For the Lord is great, and cannot be worthily praised, awesome is He;....oh worship the Lord...let the whole earth stand in awe of him...say among the nations, Jehovah reigns, He will judge the peoples in rectitude. -Psl. 96-

Will all the earth tremble before Him?

Will all the earth hear of the Awesome One's  wonderful acts?

Will the whole earth stand in awe of Him as He judges the peoples in rectitude?

The Lord is gracious and universally kind: the Lord's tenderness embraces all His creatures, His compassion covers all He has made, the Lord is good to all men, and HIs tender care rests upon all His creatures. -Psl. 145-

Do you believe the Lord is.....

Isn't it wonderful to start the day thinking of our Lord's great love and grace? Well it is now afternoon in this neck of the woods and the wonder of His Being continues deep within.

And the Lord said to the prophet Hosea "Call her name Not Pitied." When "Not Pitied" was weaned, another child was born to the prophet and his harlot wife. She conceived and bore a son...."and the Lord said, "Call his name Not my people, and I am not your God."

Two children, two names; "Not My People" and "Not Pitied"

What a revolting picture of despair and separation!

But wait....there is more! The Lord answers the heavens, and the heavens answers the earth, and we hear the tender words of the Compassionating Lord of the Universe....

I will have pity on Not Pitied!

"In that day...I will answer the heavens and they shall answer the earth....and I will sow him FOR MYSELF.... and I will have pity on "Not Pitied" and I will say to "Not my People"...You are my people and he shall say, "You are my God."

"I will betroth you to Myself forever. I will betroth you in lawful wedlock with unfailing love and devotion...I will betroth you to Myself to have and to hold and you shall know the Lord."

And to "Not Pitied" and "Not My People"?

"I will pity Not Pitied! Not My People shall be My people!"

Building up someone in God is not telling "them" what to do, but sharing what GOD will do,
what He has promised!  Holding to His Unchanging Hand...........The sounds of that promise,
the Spirit of that message comes thru loud and clear just as the ones do that tell YOU
what to do, as if you could do a flittering thing! ha

What a glorious day it is when the Lord of Life opens ones being to begin to see the wonders of His grace. The sky takes on a different hue, and in fact, radiates into the poikilos realm of color.

There was a lad whose name is James Montgomery. He penned the following words regarding the scope of our Father's mighty plan in the Son of His love.

Hail To The Lord's Anointed

Hail to the Lord's anointed, great David's greater Son!
Hail in the time appointed, His reign on earth begun!

When Saul was transformed into Paul, a new creature through Christ, was his former self, not destroyed?

When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be destroyed for ever:

Same thing can be applied here: the wicked can be destroyed by being transformed into a NEW holy creature by Christ. Furthermore, this only, at the very most, teaches of annihilation. The damned would not be literally destroyed forever if they continued to exist. (I suppose you could entertain the idea that the damned are destroyed and then brought back into existence simply to be destroyed again, onto infinity. But you won't find this thought in the Bible as far as I know.)

Matthew 3:12
Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.

Again, the chaff (aka the wicked) is burned up with fire. So what? There's still two options A) the wicked are transformed into holy beings and thus their wicked selves are destroyed or B) this teaches annihilation.

John 3:18
He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Condemned to what? Judgment? Even URists believe that God will judge mankind; that mankind is condemned. But I fail to see how this means forever condemned. On another note: you're assuming that man has only one chance (this one life) to accept Christ as their savior. Even if they were to be judged after they perished, does that mean that God rules them eternally rejected from His salvation? Apparently God's mercy DOES end (as opposed to being EVERLASTING). Perhaps God says to love your enemies, even those that continually hate you, but then continually HATES and TORMENTS them after their short lived lives. Is God a hypocrite of the highest order?

You still have the extremely hard to answer question of: if God KNEW that certain beings of mankind would not choose Him and thus be eternally condemned, why would He choose to create them? He could, being all powerful and all knowing, only create beings which he KNEW would CHOOSE HIM. And Paul says that God WILLS all men to be saved, so if God doesn't save all men, either A) God is not strong enough to save all men or B) God willingly created certain men He knew would not be saved despite wanting to do just the opposite! Maybe God has a split personality lol
