well, that depends on how you look at it,Tony.   SPIRIT AND TRUTH ARE JUST THAT,ON ANY AND EVERY PLANE
   suffice it to say;HE PREACHED TO THE DEAD AND  RESURRECTED THEM...whether they be spiritually
   dead,or physically dead..LAZURUS COME OUT! .when the dead hear His voice THEY LIVE.

The verse in question is not about Lazarus being dead and Christ resurrecting him.
The verse in question is about Christ dying then being brought to life and then heralding to the spirits.
It is not about resurrecting spirits.
It is not preaching to the dead spirits, getting them saved and resurrecting them.

1 Peter 3:18-19 CLV  seeing that Christ also, for our sakes, once died concerning sins, the just for the sake of the unjust, that He may be leading us to God; being put to death, indeed, in flesh, yet vivified in spirit,  (19)  in which, being gone to the spirits in jail also, He heralds to those
