I am sort of putting things together here, two posts,
or more that I was talking on at other places, but I wanted to
share here too, cause this has really been a "light" to lighten
things for me.
Since it is so put together, if it is not plain to you, speak up.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

I will try to write some more on the
" purpose"
of the cross.

If we look into Job 28, we see that God searches out "all perfection" .......in other words,
God called JOB perfect and "upright" before err Job saw that Second Man in himself.

The "purpose" of Job's trials was to show JOB the same thing that God could already
see.

Had someone to tell me recently "purpose" was
greater than "faith" and it stuck! ha

Back to the purpose.

God often pulls man away from 'his' own thoughts in a dream
at night, often speaks this way twice it says, or maybe more,
and the PURPOSE written there in JOB is to show man "his"
own works............remember that Elihu had come to say
words, to shew Job something.

There is a difference in man's works, and GODS.

God was performing a wonder! If we can hear it. I just
heard a little.

Let me get that "BIBLE" some folks want me to set aside
and LOOK a little longer. I believe every word of it. It is
NOT the Bible that is wrong, it is man's understanding of it.

It is a HOLY letter to us from God to explain things. Even
the Book of Job, as you say. I wouldn't take nothing for
my "journey" now..........
My heart is rejoicing.

So, you see God's PURPOSE is what was behind "all" of Job's
trials.......and once Elihu got JOB to be still and know that
someone was God beside "his" own works, or words,
offering GOD all them bloody drink offerings of bulls and goats......
no wonder He, that is God
at first called JOB "perfect and upright, for the Second Man "is".

As Job bore the "image" of the "first" image, so shall he bear and did the IMAGE of
the HEAVENLY. God's PURPOSE:
God wished for JOB to know
that God has a voice of His Very OWN, can ride on the wind
at will, can shake out the wicked at will, can and does do it
"all" w/o Job, if Job has wickedness, can it hurt GOD? NO, and
neither can his goodness help HIM. God don't need no help!

It is only another man that Job can affect, not GOD!
God wanted JOB to know that HE had set a bound
by a decreed place for the enemy of man. That it
takes HIS VOICE ato shake out the wicked thereof
and that He does it by commanding the dayspring!
I am doing a lot of quoting from the book of Job, so
if anyone wants to know chapter and verse, ask.

When Elihu began to first speak, he emphasized that he
was speaking words from the UPRIGHTNESS of his heart.

Then we read in that 33rd chapter that "if" there be a
messenger that can show man "his" UPRIGHTNESS, one
among a thousand. That man was ELIHU! Elihu was doing
that very thing. Explaining the PURPOSES of the "dreams"
that God "often" gave to man to make him "perceive"
something. What was the "perceiving" that God desired
for man to understand?
He wanted him to know that GOD is greater than man.
Verse 12.
He didn't want him to perish by the sword in the pit, so he gave dreams.
Verse 18
Now the verse that I really hear is "verse 17" that
.
He giveth "dreams" that He may withdraw "man"
that is first man, ho ho ho, from "his purpose"
and hide pride from man.
Down with man.
UP with God!

Does not the "messenger" of Malachi 3 also say the same thing..
about the PURPOSE?
what Elihu says? Is this "messenger" not compared
to "abiding" what Job went thru? like a refiners
fire and fuller soap?'
Why?
Because the offerings.....of man.........are
UNacceptable. God don't want no drinks of
the blood of bulls and goats.
Instead He desires that "we" drink from HIM, yea,
abundantedly.

I am come that ye might have LIFE, Jesus said.

Jesus said, "Whoso findeth his LIFE shall lose it, and whoso shall lose it for my sake,
shall find it." I used to think, that's doublespeak. ha It is until we put it together
with the cross that Jesus came to show us the WAY of laying down His Life that
He might "find it" ....He said He had power to lay it down, and power to find it again.
That is in that verse. The cross is in that verse. The way to find your LIFE is to lose
it. ha ...........Do you know anyone that has skipped the cross? It is the WAY to LIFE!
The purpose "purpose" is to lead to LIFE!
He is the Continual Burnt Offering that is "acceptable" unto the Lord.
He went thru the fire for us!!! Selah!

there is a PURPOSE beyond the

miracle of fish and loaves......... The REASON, or PURPOSE

for the "shaking" is always the same: SO THAT SO that SO that....

that which CANNOT be shaken, will "remain." Stay put! Remain.

Faith is wonderful, but PURPOSE is greater. But you seem to have

to develop faith to get to the PURPOSE. ha

As far as economy goes, I am well trained, been broke for a while,

what's NEW? ha So NOW, we follow HIM, not for the fish and

loaves, but for the "remaining" ...........

What was coming to my mind when I was typing the above was
what Jesus said when He said, "Ye follow me for the miracle
of loaves and fishes...........and ye were filled" BUT DO NOT
SEEK ME FOR THAT MEAT THAT PERISHES.....BUT
SEEK ME FOR THE MEAT THAT PERISHES "n o t" .....
He was always saying "Heaven "and" Earth" shall pass away....
but MY WORD shall stand. So there's a difference.
Again, I go to Heb. 9.
Then.........In Isa. 66, it speaks of a NEW HEAVEN AND A
NEW EARTH and your "seed" R E M A I N I N G.
DO YOU SEE THE.........PURPOSE.........OF GOD ?????
HIS ........PURPOSE..........IS THEREIN FULFILLED.
THERE ARE 'SECRETS' IN THAT PASSAGE, THAT I SEE.
THEY SHALL GO FORTH AND LOOK AT THE CARCASES
OF THOSE THAT TRANSGRESS.........FOR A 'FIRE' WILL
HAVE ENTERED.......THAT SHALL NOT BE QUENCHED.....
HALLELUJAH.
I DO NOT SEE THAT VERSE AS A BAD THING! NOT AT ALL.
BUT A FULFILLMENT OF PURPOSE.
