So true Hopeful....I go through times of doubt, and He uses these ones to help me.  I had a little native 1st grader with his chubby cheeks tell me that he saw Jesus that morning and their was an angel on each side.  And you know when a kid is telling you the truth...that's what he saw.

It was blessing enough that the little one saw Jesus, but the fact He saw Him with an "angel" on each side, was a great blessing, and an indicator of what I already know by the Spirit to be true, ie. the feast of Tabernacles has begun. The disciples on the mount saw Him the same way. Blessings to all.......

The Bible reveals that the Overcomers are both Kings and Priests unto our God. many in ministry have the King part down pretty well, but do not have the heart of a Priest. I Priest ministers to God and ministers from God to the people. It seems that children are being used to conform your heart to that of a Priest. It is about dying to self to meet the needs of others.

A couple of hours ago I would have posted 1Thessalonians 3:8-13 and Hosea 2:18, but as I was about to post it, the very very clearest Word of the Lord came to me saying that my mission statement from here on out is Psalm 21 and Psalm 45 and that my motto is Romans 5:17.  Those passages don't exactly outline very many tasks for me, so I've been sitting here for well over an hour reading and rereading them to get the point, and they seem to be more about quality of life issues than a laundry list of do's.  They're a re-affirmation of 1Peter 5:6-7 that if I'll keep every care cast upon Him, then He'll take care of everything else.

Things I like: God/Jesus

Emailing people things I feel God wants me to and that I want to about Him.
Letting people know I care, and so they can See God through what is done for them.

I love Giving....I just NEED the finances!  I love to give and give and give, and give and give. To those in Need.

I believe that if I won the lottery, I'd stand out front the Food Pantry and hand those people a Thousand dollars, or a new car or something....and then go hide. That would be the most fun I could have in the whole wide world!

Hi Shadowland, I love doing that as well.   I  had to learn that I cannot do that and expect anything in return I am glad God showed me that because it is such fun to write something and just send it and let God do the work with it.

I'm in CHB's camp.  I don't seem to have any clear mission that I can discern.  But I know God will eventually use me how and when He desires. 

I'd like to help others to see how complete the salvation/restoration of the Lord is, but no one seems to really wants to see it.  At least that's been my experience up to now.  That will change in due time.

I heard a story of a man who was seen as a real saint of God, someone who had walked hand in hand with the Savior for many years.  Someone wanted to see how such a saintly person said their bedtime prayers, figuring it would surely be a powerful thing to behold.  It was.  They expectantly peeked into his open window one night, and as the old fellow slipped into bed, he gently said "good night, Lord".

i want to help people who have depressions and fear death and maybe are scared by christian hell, though in germany this belief seems not so extreme as it seems to be in the US
