This is not really a rebutal of the 2 compartments of hell but that it can scriptually can be proved it won't last forever. If it exists at all...

Revelation 20:7-9 At the end of the 1000 years, the lost are "the earth."
Revelation 20:9 God's fire falls on them, and they are "devoured."
Revelation 20:14-15 The earth becomes one big "lake of fire" as God purifies it from sin. The lost suffer the "second death" in that lake.
Revelation 21:1 Then there is a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and first earth (where the lake of fire was) has passed away.
Revelation 21:4 In the New Earth, there will be no more pain, suffering, sorrow, or death.

Note: If the lake of fire/hell burned forever, there would always be pain and sorrow somewhere in the universe and Revelation 21:4 could never come true. But it is true. Sin will be gone forever and pain will cease to exist throughout God's entire universe!
1 Timothy 2:3-4  ...God our Savior;  Who will have all men to be saved...
John 12:47  And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.
Romans 4:5 But to the one who does not work, but believes in the one who declares the ungodly righteous ...

So you are basically saying that the "lost" will simply be annihilated? That does'nt fit in with UR?

You can not conclude that from those verses....

Now lets assume ET hell is real. So flames etc. Very painful.
The verse clearly states there will be no more pain and suffering. How can that be accomplished?
In many ways. Without looking at any verses I can think of:

1] Hell is emptied and all goto Heaven.
2] Sinners just cease to exist.
3] Sinners goto some sort of sleep.
4] Sinners get their own domain outside of Heaven and they really like it.
5] etc.

You have to look elsewhere to figure out what happens to those in hell. (again if it exists)

Look at it like this:
Suppose we are doing a guess the color game.
I tell you the color isn't white. (=no more suffering)
Then all you can do in conclude the color isn't white.
That doesn't mean it is black(=annihilated) because it just as wel can be red, brown, green ,yellow and a zillon other colors...

So the verse only proves hell/suffering will end.

John 12:47  And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.
